There is no rating low enough for Vodacom, I am absolutely disgusted, have been battling since 7th Nov 2022. It’s so frustrating having to call vodacom almost everyday about the vodacom fibre that has no internet connection and being told it takes 72 hours for it to get assigned and investigated then coming back with the same issue. No one called me back to explain what is happening or provide me with feedback. It's been a month without internet yet I was billed the full amount. Ref number SR221109-507043 it was closed but no one bothered to check if I had internet. New ref number SR221120-540546
Disgusted , extremely disgusted....... my problem started when sales lady called me in November. She sold me a router and told me that if I'm not happy I can return the router within 7 days and I won't be charged. The router never work, never connected. I returned the router to Eastgate Mall as per instructions. Ref number: IRMS 62311 and I called the call center and provided them with the ref number and told them to cancel the contract. I called on the 11th November 2021. The contract was not cancelled and I have been debited for the router. I called again in December on the 30th December 2021 and spoke to Sibo and she told me she will follow up and call me back and she never did. I called again. I called again on the 3rd January 2022 the contract is still not cancelled. and on the 6 Jan 2022 and the 10th Jan 2022 and spoke to some guy Enhle and he also told me they will call the contract and credit my account. The Fu**en contract is still active and MTN is debiting for something I don't have. I reserved the payment because you are really messing my financial status. And now my MTN phones are blocked and I can make payment because of this router contract. Can someone fix this mess now
The service at MTN network is the worse, I been sent from pillar to post. Bought a router, first the lady from the call centre called me to make the sale but the when the sale was done she provided DSV with a incorrect number therefor DSV couldn't get hold of me. Finally I get the router was told for quick activation I can go to MTN store to Rica the Sim, I did that and When I came back I called the call center again and now I'm told the Sim is active but has no data The lady I spoke to said her team leader is helping her and she will call me back and that was 3 hours ago. Now I don't want your help anymore, please cancel this contract and come and collect your Router. Worse service ever
The services that my dad has been getting from DSTV insurance is shocking, the call center agents are rude, the following agents never give the clients feedback (Phumla, Claudia Moyo) my dad who is 71 years old was at DSTV Jabulani Mall the whole day because he is having issues with the decoder and Claudia had to escalate the issue to the TL Lebo and she was given feedback but she never called my dad I had to call back and was given feedback. TO date no one has called my dad to tell him when the decoder will be fixed. And when I call the call center they all tell me "WE ARE WORKING FROM HOME" we can't escalate or talk to the TL Lebo. I have been on hold for 16 mins. My number is 072 3192483
I’m highly disappointed in the services I received from Vodacom, I required data usage from 16 March to 17 March 2020 and the person who replied did not attach anything and when I reply back to that email my query has been closed. I bought my mother a phone from PEP on the 24th December as a Christmas gift, when we switched the phone on it was dine and when I gave it to my mom she did not switch it on immediately. A few days few I gave her the gift she switched it on and unfortunately it did not work. I then took it back to the store on the 6th of Jan and because it was after the 7 days policy it had to go for repairs and I understood that and the sales lady who helped me told me it will take 4-6 weeks before I get the phone back, that lady was so unprofessional and she couldn't use the store's system and she as joking about everything next to me yet I had to wait before I was helped and I asked to speak to a 2IC (Mimi) pretend to be the manager and she did not even have the time to listen and assist me had to wait for the lady who was on her lunch break. Finally she came and still had to wait because she couldn't use the system. Now 6 weeks has past and I still don't have the phone. On Saturday I went to the store and the manager said it will takes more that 6 weeks, so the first lady that helped me misinformed me? and the store manager promised to do a follow up on Monday 17/02/2020 and she promised to call me back, to date no call from her and still don't have the phone. :-(
This place is terrible, the owner of the place is so RUDE. The place is so dirty. When we got to the reception we were so shocked, the reception is a dark place with no lights, when we were taken to our room the furniture inside the room is so old, there were insects (big spider and small flying insects ) in the room. This really shows that the room was not cleaned we had to go to the mall and buy our own cleaning material. The Jacuzzi was so dirty. The place did not have water and we were not notified about that. The bed were so old you could fell the spring of the bed when sleeping it was not comfortable at all. This place is false advertising. This place deserve a -10 rating.
I went to Pick n' pay Liquor Dobsonville on the 04th May 2019 and bought few items and luckily I won R 200 voucher which I was informed I could buy airtime or electricity but unfortunately I couldn't buy electricity because the system was offline, the cashier at the store told me to write my details on the slip and she took it and gave me the voucher and she told me I can redeem it at any Pick n' pay store. On the 7th May 2019 I went to Mall of the South to redeem my voucher and the service there was terrible as I was sent from one person to another, first went to the liquor store and bought something when I tried to redeem my voucher was told to go to money market side when I got the the lady was clueless and callrd another lady Abigail who took her own precious time to come and assist us she was laughing with the other cashiers. when she finally came to assist us she was asking me for the original slip telling me that I should have the original slip and when I told her what happened why I don't have the slip she told me "THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO". I must find the slip she did not even try to assist me as customer. She finally decides to ask the store manager Tsietsi who confirmed with one of the cashier and she knew about the voucher and she confirmed that the electricity system was offline. Tsietsi told me I must leave the voucher with him he will sort it out tomorrow meaning on the 08th May 2019, on the 08th May 2019 he called me and told Me I MUST CALL CUSTOMER service they will assist me as he couldn't assist me. The most annoying thing is that I spend more that the voucher I won just to redeem it. I had to made the calls with my airtime yet the store manager could have done that. I gave him all the details yet he failed to provide me with services and he told me I have to go back to Dobsonville. (Driving to Dobsonville is me again wasting more money). I'm highly disappointment in the service I got. Today a lady call me back and I had to make her job easy I had to gave her solutions I told her what time was my translation, what I was wearing and which cashier helped. Maphokane L | 09 May 2019, 17:06 I visited Mr Price Home in Mall of the South on the 3rd May 2019 in the Morning, firstly the operating hours show that the store opens at 09:00 but at 09:00 the store was not open, I went in the store to exchange the item I received as a gift, when I entered the store I was the first customer and found Segeru Mabitsela he was still opening the door which makes a sound when opening it. looked around the store and did not find anything I could exchange my gift with. When I was walking out the store there was s peeping sound I went out and at that time the were now other customers in the store and to my surprise I was accused of theft. The most embarrassing and humiliating moment in my life I went back in the store and Segeru Mabitsela acccused me of stealing the item which I went into the store with he called other lady and told that lady that he saw me taking the item I asked him twice and he said yes he saw me take the item. We all went to the pay point and other lady said yes I stole as there are the only ones who pack the items liked that. the Store Manager Sophie Masangane also confirmed Mall of the South is the only store that packs that item like that I told every one that it was a birthday gift I told them where the item was bought I even told them the date when it was bought, even told them what else was bought on that date. I even asked the store manager to check the CCTV footage and she told me they CAN"T Check anything, I was told to leave the item I bought in the store and continue with my shopping the only person who believed me and came up with a solution was the 2IC Sel**** Ikanery she called Sandton city where the item was bought she even gave me her mobile phone to call the person who bought me the item and we asked for the slip to be send to her. I'm highly disappointment in Mr Price Home Mall of the South for calling me a theft, the thing that annoys me even more is that the day I was accused of theft was the day before my engagement party They ruined the precious moment for me and that will always leave a mark and a bad taste in my month. I was so annoyed I ended up not even taking the item back, how can you take something back after you where accused of theft. I what steps to be taken against Segeru Mabitsela for calling me a theft. I was shocked that only one person in the store knew and understood TCF, you don't accuse someone of something you don't have proof for. This Segeru Mabitsela guy even told me that when the check the stock the item I have confirms that the store had 4 items and mine was the 4th one, the even said where the items were packed he can see that one item is missing because I STOLE one. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Follow up to my complaint a lady called Pinky called me on the 15th May 2019 round about 08:30 to apologize but she was laughing on the call how to you deal with a embarrassed, humiliated, irate and disappointed customer. she said she will call me back and she never did. So much for dealing with my complaint and treating customer fairly
