I HATE this system. I have a small car and 2 days ago it read my car as a 5 axle truck and depleted my funds on the tag. Now I am battling to get hold of them.
Just bad, nothing else to say. Really bad!!! Too much to say here
Worst company I have ever dealt with. IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them telephonically. I cancelled my policy and they STILL took money out of my bank. I dread to think someone has to use them for a funeral, because they DOT NOT get back to you.
We had an unfortunate event with our car. Not a lot of damage, but not nice. The insurance gave us 3 options. Marvic was one, the others were too far away, so I chose Marvic. However I went on to read the Google reviews and was mortified. So many bad reviews. When the lady phoned me, I told her I am not happy to entrust my car unto them because of all the bad reviews. We ended the phone call. My phone rang again and it was the owner of Marvic. She asked why I did not want to use them, I told her because of what I read on Google. She then assured me that the business is under new management, the reviews was with the previous owners. I dropped my car off on the Friday and they said it would take a week and a half. Shantal kept me updated the whole time and they finished the car within a week. The workmanship was WOW! I am so happy!
Our package is being held hostage by this stupid company since Sunday 16 April 2023. Excuse is the same everytime, the locker is offline, they will send a technician. I cannot accept this. This parcel was for a corporate function, and now it is not going to be in time. They are a bunch of clowns.
A parcel was submitted into a Pudo Locker on 16 April (part of Courier Guy) and has still not been collected. It is now 18 April, 15:21. Try to phone them and they give you lip. The stuff in the parcel was meant for a corporate function, which is now going to be late. This is not ON!!!!!!!!
The worst ever! I paid for overnight service.and only got the parcel 4 days later. I had to go to their shop to get my parcel! They DON'T answer their phones!!! I want my money back.
Good day My mother was admitted to this hospital on 24 September 2017. To ICU. She was there for almost two weeks and was transferred on 5 October 2017 to the general ward and discharged on 6 October 2017. According to my knowledge the so-called case managers are supposed to update the authorisation numbers on a regular basis. They did not do this for my mother. We all know what a day in ICU costs. I have been trying since 08h00 this morning to get hold of the case manager to enquire whether they have rectified this situation. No answer. I have 6 numbers for the case managers, no answer. The switchboard lady says they are busy with their rounds until 12h00. This is the biggest load of bull. If they did their rounds so religiously, they would have updated my mother's authorisation and I would have to go through this now. Netcare The Bay Hospital is a private hospital, but the service is ****. The food is ****. I am really very disappointed.
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the second time I am approaching you about Harcourts Potchefstroom. My mother rented a unit from them in a retirement village. She fell ill and was forced to move out. The owner declared that she will not keep her to her contract. She was going to stay until 16 June 2017, therefore we would pay for June. She moved out on 27 May 2017, so was no longer staying there, thus we did not pay for June as discussed. The payment for June was only if she stayed on until 16 June 2017. Now they are keeping her deposit back for June's rent. They are the most unprofessional, rudest estate agents together in one building. I cannot believe they are doing this to my mother. I need something done about this, please.</p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have twin grandsons, they are 6 months old. They were born prematurely and can only drink a certain formula. Dis Chem is the only pharmacy in Richards Bay that stocks the formula. On Friday I had to go and buy formula, only to find them out of stock. I called the person working in the isle, she just said, they don't have. My daughter then phoned the merchandise manager and she told her the representative only comes twice a week and they MIGHT get some stock this week Thursday. Told my daughter they don't order much of this formula, as there isn't a big demand for it. Surely if it gets sold out, there is a demand? They just shrugged their shoulders without offering to try and get from other branches. it cost my daughter to go to Ballito to go and buy formula. This really is unacceptable.</p>
