Paxton Properties has delivered an extremely poor and unprofessional experience. Alicia, who is responsible for my account, has been consistently unresponsive and does not return calls. Basic communication appears to be too much to expect. More concerning, she made a serious allegation that the attorney carried out an ******** transfer, yet refused to put this in writing when asked. Making unsubstantiated claims like this is not only irresponsible, it is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. The administrative handling has been just as bad. The previous owner was billed after the property had already been transferred into my name—an error that should never happen if proper processes are in place. I have now been waiting over two weeks for a simple statement, with no update, no accountability, and no urgency. This level of service is indefensible. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism, competence, and basic customer care. It is disappointing to see a company allow this standard of work to represent them, especially when there are clearly far more capable people who could manage these responsibilities properly.

Vusi Dlamimi called me in the week on 26/03/2025 when he was supposed to pick up my return on behalf of Buffalo Logistics. He said it is raining too hard for him to drive, and he will come the next day. The result was, he **** to his company as he had to give a reason why he did not pick up my parcel. So, he told his company he did not get hold of me. So, my return was cancelled and not I lost my refund money due to lazy drivers that lie.
Not only do I need to pay 50% - 70% of the damages but the claims advisor has been ignoring me for 3 working days. You have become a useless insurance company.
Do not take out insurance at OUTsurance. I have damages of R10,000 to my vehicle and I have to pay R7,000 of the R10,000. Teh insurance only pays R3,000. After this claim I will cancel my policy.
TakeAlot became a ******* and *****ulent company. I delivery shows delivered but I never received my delivery and TakeALot does not answer their phones. I have been on the line for more than an hour.

I'm not an FNB customer, but for months FNB have been sending two of their customers bank import files to my email account on a daily basis, which I can open and view. I did the decent thing and called FNB, spend an hour of my time and money on the phone just to be put through to 3 different *********** people telling me they cannot change it. I feel sorry for FNB Clients as your personal financial information is shared to other people.
Worst Parmacist ever. I had to pay cash for medication cash to get medication in advance to go overseas. When I came back, I submitted the claim at Discovery. Discovery called the pharmacy to reverse the June claim that did not go through due to being early and resubmit again as discovery gave a two-month authorization. It is now July. Dischem The reef refused to do it as Discovery requested as they claim it is over 60 days. Not only do they ignore discovery's request, but they cannot count as it is 30 days.
I visited Portugal Visa Application center Johannesburg on 07/05/2024. The person who assisted me was Molepo Malatela. As part of all the documents required for my Visa to visit Portugal, was my plane ticket. I showed her that I am flying from Johannesburg to Doha, then to London, then to Madeira. I asked her if I must apply for a UK Visa as well, as the stopover in London would be around 2 - 3 hours in the airport. She said that because I will not be leaving the airport, I will not need an extra Visa. Only the Portugal Visa for my Holiday in Portugal. On my day of departure 08/06/2024 at OR Tambo International Airport, they refused to let me board the plane as they said that I will need a UK Visa at London airport, even if I do not leave the airport. I had to book a second flight traveling only through Schengen countries, to be able to continue om my Holiday I had to buy two plane tickets now as the staff at VFS Global did not know about Visa requirements when I even asked them if I must also apply for a UK Visa for my stop over. I feel that VFS Global should refund my initial ticket and also compensate me for the ordeal I had to go through at the airport and the struggles I had to go through finding other tickets and missing out on tours on my first day. When I laid a compliant, the manager Baanetsi Tsotetsi told me it is my problem, they are not a travel agency, so I assume she expects me to force the staff to give me a UK visa when I told them I assume I need a UK Visa as well for the stop over. South Africa should be ashamed of themselves to have these type staff working as such an organization who clearly does not know their job.
