Visited the mall on 5 Dec 2024 at 09:25am. Was a quick rush in and out. When exiting, the ticket machine did not request any payment on my parking card, this was normal because I was really quick. I then proceeded to the lifts to exit the mall. I then got stuck in the lift, as the doors refused to open. I stood there, ringing the bell for help for ages, but NOBODY ANSWERED or came to my aid! Thank God that i had my cell on me, as I was able to google and call the mall number. I was answered by a very unbothered lady, who said that she would call somebody. My luck, the doors eventually opened and I was able to exit via the stairs! Still, nobody had come to help yet. The mall receptionist then called me back, and I told her that nobody helped, and that I was out. She then gave me a vey quick nonchalant, "oh you're out, ok bye." and dropped the call!! No care whatsoever for the trauma that I had just endured! I then proceeded to my car, had to use my asthma pump because i was in a tizz! and drove off. At the boom gate, the ticket suddenly requested a payment! I pressed the call button, proceeded to tell the lady who had answered, what just happened, and she answered me with a very unbothered, "well I don't know that", and then proceeded to waste my time with torment and stalling before eventually letting me out. I want to say that your service and your staff are disgusting, and I will never return to this mall! Its trash! You can thank your lucky stars that I got out of that lift before my tight chest had turned into a full on asthma attack!
Received a failed delivery attempt on 13 Dec. NOBODY contacted me! After contacting your cc, and confirming that all of my details are correct and have not changed, i was told that i would get my delivery by 19 Dec, as I will be leavening Jhb on the 20th. Well, today is the 19th and I have contacted your cc again. I was now told that my item is not booked for delivery and is in fact at the depot. I was also told that there are no managers available to escalate this to! I am really upset. I need my item delivered the first thing tomorrow morning as I will be leaving Jhb. This is terrible service and I'm not sure why Amazon is using your services! My tracking number s 2268612555.
I am really shocked at the nerve and lack of customer service at DISCHEM NORHGATE. Yesterday, 25/11/2018, I went to do my usual monthly shopping. I usually use DISCHEM Woodmead but figured id go to Northgate since I live in Northriding and yesterday was convenient. After paying for all my goods (all three heavy bags full), I proceed to walk out of the store and am stopped at the exit by the security guard and told that I cannot leave the store with the trolley. I begin asking him how am I supposed to walk with all my bags through the mall? He’s not interested and repeats that the trolley is not allowed out the store. In disbelief, I ask for the manager. I speak to VINCENT. I ask him how does DISCHEM expect me to struggle out of the store with heavy bags and no trolley? He goes on to give me a long story about how much the store loses in lost trolleys and how much he spends on replacing trolleys and therefore trolleys will not leave the store as a result of that! I assured him that I will personally bring the trolley back. Still he refused. And so I kept my cool, took my bags out of the trolley and struggled out of the store while Vincent, “THE MANAGER” watched…Unphased. Dear DISCHEM I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOSS OF TROLLEYS AND REVENUE THEREOF. THIS IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS CONCERN! Is this how you treat your customers? Its ok for me to come into your store, fill a trolley with goods, give you my money for these goods, but I’m not allowed out of the store with a trolley? SHOCKING! I had to make my way to WOOLWORTHS to finally get a trolley. THANK YOU WOOLWORTHS FOR ALLOWING ME OUT OF THE STORE WITH YOUR TROLLEY FULL OF DISCHEM BAGS! Upon me leaving the mall, I had to walk past DISCHEM again and guess what I witnessed?! VINCENT having the same trolley argument with another woman. So I stopped and listened to see the outcome. And guess what? He lets her walk off into the mall with the same trolley!!!! WITH ONE PACKET AND HER BAG! Not to the car park…INTO THE MALL! I mentioned it to him. I said “why did you let her leave the store with the trolley?” He says that he’s sending a guy with her to bring the trolley back. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did he think that I was going to push the trolley back to my house? Now the only difference between me and this woman was the fact that SHE WAS A MIDDLE AGED WHITE WOMAN, AND I AM NOT. Neither middle aged…nor white. And if this is all that changed VINCENTS mind so very quickly, that’s DISGUSTING! Shame on you VINCENT and shame on DISCHEM. Please tell me why did I leave Clicks?!

Is this caliber of client your target market?<br> security and confidentiality breech.<br> I want video footage reviewed. I want an apology. I want to know what is Foschini doing about this. I am taking this to the ombudsman.
