I’ve had Bidtrack for a year one, not a single missed payment and never really had an emergency that required me to use their services until tonight. Called cos they are two guys inside the yard, who keep inspecting the car and they are carrying weapons, I was looking through the window. Bidtrack told me that there’s a call out fee if I need them to come of R1400 and something, and they will not come unless I agree to that payment. I was never informed about that. Which basically means that unless the car does get ******, there’s nothing they will do about it. The cops came to my rescue before anything happened to the car however would not recommend Bidtrack, to even my worst enemy. The consultant also kept on telling to speak loudly cos he can’t hear me when I was whispering cos the guys were literally outsides with guns and could hear me! Am still livid! Don’t join this hell of a company
I was charged for a cancelled trip and it’s been two (2) months trying to get my refund. I keep getting a run around that the holdup is on my bank, they need to authorise a payment but my bank informs me that they is no hold up on their side. Its almost R200 that they don’t want to refund and am so frustrated with the company right now!
I am so frustrated by the Edgar's Nimble Collection Group. I've had an account with Edgars for years now and my account was almost paid up, had less than a R1000 to pay. So they call and offer me a debit order offer with a 10% discount where I'd settle my account in 3 months. I took their offer and I've been paying according. My account is supposed to be paid up, only to receive a statement stating that I still have 2 months installments to pay and on top of that, they've blacklisted my name. Am fed up with them, I wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account at Edgars. I tried to call but their numbers are suddenly engaged and they are also not responding to my emails. I am so frustrated with both Edgars and Nimble Credit Fund!
I have enrolled with CK Driving School in September 2015. I was first told that the Learners Licence is free of which was a blatant lie, nevertheless I obtained the Learners Licence myself and I made payments so that I can start with my Driving Lessons. Firstly the ladies assisting us are of no assistance at all, they were watching TV, while we were waiting to be assisted. Eventually when they decided to assist me they could not even give a single answer to any of the questions I had. They are so pathetic that when I complained everyone in the room was feeling the same but we could not do anything since we have already paid and we were told that we could not get any refunds. After booking my driving lessons I was given certain dates and the first day I went to our pick up point and I was there for the whole hour only and the drivers never showed up, a day later I received an sms from them saying that my lesson was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. And as far as the rules are concerned if you cancel your booking consider that lesson forfeited, yet when I asked the ladies in their offices they did not give me any answer. All I want is my money back, I am sick and tired!!!!
