I bought from them at the end of October. They advised within days that the shipment would reach me only about 3 weeks later, I asked for an explanation and they explained that as the oder was coming from abroad the delivery time is extended. Two and a half weeks later I received an email to inform me that the parcel was delayed. I followed up two weeks later, after seeing their low review score, and was insistent to collect two days later myself to which they re**** that it was not possible. Three days later I received a customs form with an additional amount to pay, and I ignored this as I was not sure if it was related to this package. Two days later I was totally kept in the loop regarding the tracking details by the company. The package had cleared customs and was on its way. These tracking details were spot-on over the next two days and I received my package. Fortunately I was not in much of a hurry for the parcel and I felt their price was extremely reasonable so I had the time to wait it out. The product looks much better than it did on the site and the quality is surprisingly good. Thank you Peter and employees of buyinstore,
This company should rather not exist. I ordered two shelving racks from them of size 180x90x60cm, they delivered on time one correct size and one smaller size. I returned the smaller one and then received as replacement another smaller one which I refused to accept. Two days later I again received a smaller one as replacement after the warehouse closed. Now I have to wait for these incompetent readers to come and fetch it again and just pray that I will eventually receive the size that I paid for.
I placed a large order on 14 December and received it on the morning of 17 December. Thank you so much for the speedy delivery and the packing was ver impressive. I can't wait to do business with you again
Your drivers are the most useless ever encountered. He phoned to confirm the delivery within 15 min, when I called him 45 min later I was told another 5 minutes. I explained I could wait no longer than 10 min. He arrived 15 min later with a very bad, inconsiderate attitude in no rush at all. I shall in future not make any use of your service at all. If you contractors respect me it implies that they have no self respect and is of a life form far below mine. I chose not to deal with those.
I can not think of one reason why this company still exists!!! Unfortunately I had no say in which courier company baseline would use to deliver a parcel from Cape Town to Johannesburg. TEN days after shipment we are still battling to get the supposed information on where the parcel was delivered as the recipient's signed copy can not be retrieved by Fastway Couriers and the parcel seemed to disappeared in the mist.
My Audi went in for globe replacement of both front lights on Friday. We had a huge downpour on Friday evening and I used the car at that time. For the first time ever rain was pouring into the vehicle at both the driver’s and passenger sides. Obviously a part was not placed back properly or probably not even placed back at all. On contacting the owner and the mechanic on Monday morning they were both very aggressive, had no interest in resolving the issue and told me to take my issue up with head office. They obviously knew how difficult it is to get hold of the head office. It is totally up to anyone to choose whom they use for services, I urge you to make a better and more informed decision than I did
The most pathetic on-line service ever. I placed an on-line order on black Friday and Pick-a-Pay immediately takes payment. Half my stuff did not arrive and despite more than 4 hours on calls with the customer care yields no response. Ten days ago I was told that the balance of my goods will be sent within 3 days. It is ten days later and I am on the line again. I will NEVER use this service again and will definitely not even support this store again they are not worth my money, time and effort. People that I spoke with during the past two weeks that were of no help was 29/11/2018 Casey 30/11/2018 Maxwell 2/12/2018 Desire 3/12/2018 Desire, and was promised to get delivery for FREE, up to now I did not receive this apparent reimbur*****t 6/12/2018 No answer at call centre 7/12/2018 No answer at call centre 10/12/2018 Have been waiting now for 30 min to speak with an apparent Hendrick, because I am not prepared to listen to their promises that they will phone me back

Scince May 2015 I have instructed tracker per e-mail and telephonically by speaking to various people, including Abigale, to cancel this policy as my insurance no longer required it. During August I got a automated voicemail telling me my account is in arrears. After taking it up with Ms Jordaan I thought the matter was sorted - to my shock I once more got a automated voice message this morning informing me my account is in arrears. I have a huge problem with this!!!!! Should you no resolve this matter within 24-hours permanently, you leave me no choice but to go life on this.
