The manner in which my query was handled by Njabulo Mashinini in the accounts department was condescending and unprofessional, which is disappointing given my long-standing relationship with Spark Schools as a parent for over 11 years. I have repeatedly requested to speak with someone in leadership regarding this matter, yet my request has been blocked. This is unacceptable, as I believe my concern warrants escalation and a proper response from senior management. Can someone at SPARK Headoffice assist wit this!

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. Today I was assisted by Trinisha Chetty for an emergency assist. The experience was great from start to finish. 👌🏽
They put my life and my children life in danger by giving me back a car that was not properly tested after they worked on the engine and tyres. And when I asked them to take it back to check what was the problem is they keep giving exorbitant quotes/ pricing.
I had excellent service from Papi, a consultant at Mark white. Initially I was frustrated with the booking process where my appointment was confirmed by sms but not on record. However my second trip there I was assisted by Papi, not only did he explain the process but also kept me up to date with developments and provided feedback.
As a regular Mcdonalds' customer, I walked in to have breakfast and have a meeting. Because the restaurant was full the gracious staff allowed me to sit in the kiddies' area as that was the only available space. I was later joined by another customer. As I was in the meeting a manager walked in and told me that I have 30 mins to finish what I was doing because he wanted to use the area for his meeting. When we told him that we had just ordered more food he told us we will have to leave or find another place to sit. After I asked him why is there no signage communicating this he stated that the below rules will be implemented very soon in all your McDonalds As a McDonald's customer, I am meant to order and eat my food within 45 minutes, thereafter I am required to leave the store. When I plug into your PowerPoint I am only allowed to use it for only 30mins.
The nightmare continues!!! The disgusting service I am getting from the claims department is mind blowing!! I have been calling and leaving messages for Nhlanhla Msimang and Porch Sithole since 8 am with no response!! The last call I made to Nhlanhla was picked up by another consultant!! His arrogance and mockery left a bitter taste in my mouth! He basically said the fact that I left messages for Nhlanhla doesn't mean he received them! When I asked if that is the culture of the department he arrogantly told me that all he was saying is that I cannot prove that the messages got to Nhlanhla. Furthermore, I asked to speak to his superior he gives me a very made up complicated Indian name and conveniently he doesn't know how to spell it!! When I asked for the superiors contact he claims he doesn't have them because he doesn't report to him! What will it take this to be taken seriously? Do you only respond to media and social media and threats??? Is that how it works??
My claim was authorized on the 29/11/18. I had to personally call the service provider appointed by discovery and follow up on the repairs! They had my car for 3 weeks not working on it because of lack of communication with Discovery!! The service provider is closing for Dec and my car is stuck there until mid January next year!! The lack of communication from the consultant assigned to my case up to 3 different team leaders in the claims department is unprofessional on a high level!! I am beyond disappointed especially because I chose to pay a little extra for my premiums with them because I thought they were leaders in the industry!! I thought it would give peace of mind!! Big mistake on my part! They have the worst service!!!
My first claim with Motor Guard Vehicle Warranty is the worst experience!! At the end of the conversation when I stated to the consultant that I was going to cancel....he told me to " go ahead"!!
