Today my son took delivery of a Nissan Magnite from Mark White Nissan Toti. The experience was nothing short of amazing from Mark and Shiraz. These 2 amazing individuals made buying a car so stress free. From start to finish, Shiraz went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the entire process was smooth. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because firstly it was battery issue, engine issue and other issue. I have already taken the car back, the mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there. I would appreciate it if the problem fixed/use another repairer to fix the problem or exchange the car with a new one. It is inconvenience me, as I rely on my car for transport and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. Yours faithfully O.Maleme

No parts in stock, I then get notified on the day of collecting my vehicle that the part is back log and will take 30 days, today 20 August 2024 I followed up and now I was told the part can take up to 90 days for delivery. In the meantime my vehicle can be serviced by Nissan because they cant ensure customer service level is met. My vehicle will also end up being damage more by driving like this as it is my only way of transport. I am sure a turbo boost pipe can fit in a box and be air couriered to the dealership for fitment.

I visited Mark White Motors for the first time about six weeks ago and was completely surprised by their amazing customer service. Everyone was friendly and extremely willing to help. I went back yesterday for a minor problem, and they treated me like I was their only client. Wonderful service, fantastic employees, and a great dealership. Keep it up, Mark White Motors!

Seems that the customer will always be the last priority My previous complaints about Amanzimtoti MARK WHITE NISSAN refers. After this branch send a damaged compressor to the technician BOTH him and I refused to accept it. After a 'debate' they said okay they will personally deliver it to the Technician. I requested a detailed invoice/statement from their first quote and payment they received from me. THEY REFUSE. I'Ve send a whatsapp they ignore to read I've send an e maiL they ignore to respond. This is the WORST NISSAN BRANCH IN SA. The admin is so *********** they cannot pull my profile on the screen and mail me the final sheet reflecting R0.00. I never received a final statement from them. Wonder where the money went ??

I had excellent service from Papi, a consultant at Mark white. Initially I was frustrated with the booking process where my appointment was confirmed by sms but not on record. However my second trip there I was assisted by Papi, not only did he explain the process but also kept me up to date with developments and provided feedback.
