Ek wil graag vir FinFix baie dankie sê vir die uitstekende diens wat ek ontvang het vanaf Maart 2025 tot Mei 2026. Ek sou oorspronklik eers in Desember 2026 klaar betaal het, maar ek was gelukkig genoeg om my rekening vroeër te kon vereffen. Gedurende my hele tyd by FinFix was die diens en kommunikasie altyd professioneel, vriendelik en vinnig. Toe ek my rekening finaal wou afhandel, het ek seker baie oproepe, WhatsApps en vrae gestuur, maar Leah en Chantel het my altyd met geduld en respek gehelp. Hulle het alles mooi verduidelik en my deur elke stap gevat. Dit voel amper of ek hulle persoonlik ken na al die kommunikasie. FinFix is regtig ’n maatskappy wat mense met respek, begrip en omgee behandel. Hulle laat jou nooit sleg voel oor jou skuld nie en ondersteun jou deur die hele proses. Baie dankie aan die hele FinFix span — en spesiaal aan Leah en Chantel — vir julle uitstekende diens en vriendelikheid!
I phoned ABE Midas Spares Department to get Prices on spares, in a matter of 30 min I have been put trough to 10 different people. <br> <br> Each person that answers the phone tells me to please hold and then they transfer to someone else.<br> <br> That is the worst service I have ever Experienced, they are worse then the government or most call centers. <br> <br> These are men that are employed to deliver a service to the public, if you are understaffed please employee more people or close the business. <br> <br> I will never purchase anything from your store and I will make sure anyone else that I know will not buy there. <br> <br> My husband has his own Car service business and purchases a lot of goods from ABE Midas in Rietfontein Pretoria, I will make sure that he does not again. <br> <br> This is really BAD
On Friday the 13th i order a smart device on my platinum cheque account. On the next Tuesday when i phoned them to check why the courier service Has not phoned me. More then one person told me that my order does not reflect on their side that fnb still needs to send trough the order. This was the same story every time until Thursday after noon. Finally a gentleman was able to inform me that my order does reflect but the status is pending ????? He said that he does bot understand why everyone has been telling me that my order does not reflect. Never the less i was told that the order was pending due to the fact that fnb needed my salary switch forms and debit order forms which was outstanding. Now first of all they do not need it and i know that it is not compulsory. So they sorted out the pending status. So if i knew this was a problem i could have sorted it out on Monday. So on the 18th the order was finally send trough for delivery. So trough out Wednesday and Thursday and today nobody phoned because fnb did not send my new changed number trough as a contact number for the courier service to arrange delivery now my order has been cancelled. Now i have to wait until Monday.
I made a purchase at Home choice once last year. Since then home choice call centre in Pretoria and cape town has been phoning me at least 3 - 4 times a week. Each time I tell them to stop phoning me I am not interested in any marketing. They keep telling me that the system chooses my number. I have asked them to remove my number from the system but nobody does. I am really fed up. All option is for me to change my number and that is not fair. Somebody DO something NOW or I will make Homechoice name bad ever where. !!! FURIOUS !!!
