I have had no internet since 23 December, trying to run a hospitality accommodation business without wifi is near impossible. All I'm told is "fault complaint has been escalated" Now its the 2nd January and still nothing.
Flysafair changed my flight times due to current situations, which I fully understand. As the flight was changed to 5 hours later, I could not use the booking, and was offered a free change of flight, or a voucher for future use. I was given a contact number to call. The call center agent was no help at all, sounded half asleep and was mumbling so I couldn't understand him. He told me to do it online, which I did and was charged a R300 penalty! After emailing twice, I have not had an explanation or a refund of this R300.00 Disgusting service, and this is after I have only flown with Safair for the past 5 years. Guess its time to change that too.
Vodacom, York Street George. A service industry joke. Don't answer phones because according to the manager, they are busy! I was due for an upgrade, but no stock. After 2 weeks still not a peep out of them. After complaining to the manager she asked if I would like a consultant to phone me back, not interested in trying to solve my query. Guess this is a GREAT time to change service providers.Vodacom
I ordered a jacuzzi online, after numerous emails betweeen myself and Steven. He generated an invoice, and requested payment so that delivery could take place in 48 hours. Payment was made, and 24 hours later I was told there is no stock, and I need to make a further payment in order to get a larger jacuzzi. I telephoned him straight away to delince the offer of another product, and requested an immediate refund. As to date, this person is avoiding my emails and telephone calls, and has not refunded me the R10 500.00 I paid. So I can only assume that this is 100% a scam! I am now in touch with Clientele Legal, and the Consumer Commission and will also be laying a charge with SAPS.
My line has been out of order since 27 July 2015! Cannot get any feedback at all! I operate a nursery school, I NEED MY TELEPHONE! Nobody cares, no one even responds! DISGUSTING SERVICE. I HATE TELKOM. No competition in this industry so we HAVE NO OPTIONS!
