I needed a fire extinguisher specifically for a lithium ion battery fire and SupplyWise had by far the best price. Their service was fast and efficient - I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday and they kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely use them again.
I ordered an item from Makro online that turned out to be faulty. I requested to return it and they sent a courier to pick it up to be evaluated. I received an email on the 28th February 2025 telling me that I would be refunded through the same method used for payment - instant EFT (Ozow). When the refund did not reflect in my account after a week I emailed to ask when I could expect it. No feed back was given. After several emails with no response, I phoned. I was told the refund transaction had failed and I had to send proof of my account together with copy of ID so they could process the refund. I did that. Still no response. I phoned again on Friday 4th April only to be told that my details had been sent to the finance dept and they would contact me to let me know when the refund would be processed. I heard nothing. I phoned again today, 9th April, and was told again that the finance dept had my details and they would contact me when the refund is processed. This has been dragging on since FEBRUARY! Not only have I not received the promised refund but I feel I have been ghosted by Makro - no response to emails and only given information if I phone.
I submitted an order of several items on the 29th May. (Order number 382012). A MONTH later it arrived and there was an item missing. At no time was I informed that there was a problem supplying me with the item and only AFTER I queried it, did a customer support agent named Tashriek Rustin admit that the item was out of stock and they could not get one. Then I was asked if I wanted a credit or a refund. I chose a refund and was then asked to submit my bank account details. I did that and was promised that it had been submitted to the account department for refund with a 7 day turn around. Seven business days later I was sent an email from ANOTHER customer service agent - Sithabile Yose - informing me AGAIN that the item was out of stock and did I want a credit or a refund! So starting the process all over again! I rep**** to this with all the details of my previous emails and got no reply. I followed up with Tashriek Rustin again and he promised to follow up with the accounts department. I left a negative review of the product on the Snatcher website and received the following unsigned response: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in processing your refund. Rest assured, we have expedited your refund request to our accounts department and will ensure that it is processed promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Have a wonderful day." As at time of writing I have received no refund - just delaying tactics and empty promises. I will never do business with these people again as they are completely unreliable and dishonest.
We have our internet connection through Vodacom Fibre. On Friday morning while digging a hole on our property to access the drains the workers accidentally damaged the plastic pipe that the fibre runs through. I immediately phoned Vodacom Fibre and was efficiently assisted by an agent. Within a few minutes I had a reference number, an email contact address and assurance that they would arrange for technicians from Vumatel to come out. All I had to do was take a photo of the damage and email it to Vodacom. Before the end of the day the technicians from Vumatel arrived and repaired the pipe - fortunately the fibre line itself was not damaged. We were very happy with the fast and efficient help we received.
Registering on their website was very easy and once I placed my order they kept me informed about its progress every step of the way. Delivery was quick and I was very pleased with the quality of the item. I will definitely order from them again in the future.
Their service is superb! I ordered on Thursday and early Friday morning I received it. I was also kept informed of the progress of the order every step of the way. Their prices are also very reasonable. All round a good experience.

I ordered a quilt set from their sale on Monday and by Friday it was delivered. I'm very happy with their user friendly web site and their speedy customer service. The quality of the quilt is also very good. All round a great experience and will definitely order from them again.
I ordered two of the same product but when the box arrived only one item was correct. The other item was completely incorrect so I registered a return with Takealot and they fetched the wrong item. Three days later I got an email to say that I had not returned the 'accessories'. There are no accessories! All I want is for them to send the correct item that I ordered, It's also impossible to contact Takealot to register any kind of complaint.
I have ordered from Clicks Online a number of times over the past few years. Their service is so good - very quick to fulfill the order and speedy delivery. It's a pleasure to use their online service. Would definitely recommend.
