I've been trying to recover my Hotmail account for 5 months due to "suspicious activity". I've used the account recovery form and answered the security question and I'm still locked out. There are no actual people that I can.speak to. I've had the same Hotmail account for 30 years and no one is willing to help me.
I offered a listing to Suzette in Featherbrook, Krugersdorp and she never even bothered to phone! Is she independently wealthy or just unprofessional and unreliable. I really don't understand?
The most incredible airline service I've ever dealt with. I messed up my booking dates and they assisted me in changing the dates 30 minutes before the incorrect boarding time. Professional, helpful and friendly.
I have been with Vodacom since cell phones were introduced. I now have 5 or 6 calls a day to upgrade. Leave me alone or I will reluctantly move to another service provider. Do not harass existing customers!!!!
I am an existing customer and I have been spammed relentlessly. I receive 6 to 7 calls per day regarding an upgrade. I have resorted to shouting at them on the phone and blocking all the numbers but it doesn't stop. I phoned the Multichoice head office and requested their help but it continued. If they want to know why they are losing subscribers apart from the obvious reasons, this is it. Don't spam existing customers and if I receive another unwarranted call, I'm canceling my subscription.
My electrity went off on Christmas day and I phoned the municipality and they told me they would be there in 40 minutes. I didn't expect that to happen but they were there within 30 minutes and replaced my circuit breaker on the spot. What amazing service- coming out so quickly on Christmas day was so unexpected. Thank you to Kouga municipality
I paid Ampath and medical aid paid them again. When they thought I owed them money they phoned continuously and now in order to get a reimbur*****t they are very reluctant and are making me jump through hoops. My only resort is to report them to Discovery
I have been with Vodacom for 30 years but am now considering changing service providers. I have had a home invasion in the last 10 months and can now no longer phone out during load shedding. Vodacom sends sms's saying they are working on the problem but it is getting worse. Can anyone reccomend an alternative service provider that has better service?
Please never use this company. They do not know how to deal with pools at all and you'll have to pay another company to fix the mess they left
I used the online service to order groceries. My groceries were delivered at the right time but without bags (for which I was charged) and no refrigerated goods because they did not have cooler bags (for which I was charged). I was told they would arrive later which they didn't. I phoned the next day and was told they would arrive later and they didn't. I sent an email the following day -still awaiting a response. It is now 4 days later and still nothing. Please do not use this so-called service.
