still waiting to be attended to ref SM134622<br> service still terrible SNR is low and attenuation is high, ADSL slow or sometimes non-existant even though synced<br> why does the technical department not contact me to discuss and resolve the issue<br> social media team means nothing to me just another link in a long chain of incompetence <br> I refuse to pay for the service till it is rectified
had a Telkom adsl line activated at my premises end of june<br> have had poor line quality from day 1 this has resulted in low internet speeds if any<br> I have reported this numerous times, from when I was phoned to confirm that the installation had been completed and if I was satisfied, to visiting the customer service center in alberton.<br> I have been contacted to say that a technician will contact me to test from my premises but this is now three weeks and still waiting.<br> I have phoned the adsl support center to have the port re-created this did not help also complained to support centre about line quality<br> have done a line audit with ISP who has confirmed port errors and poor line quality thank you very much to AXXESS for this service.<br> now I am expected to pay for a service which I can barely use<br> <br> I think that Telkom must come remove the line and service as I refuse to pay !!!!!!
