USELESS AS YOU ARE AND NOT EVEN RESPONDING ON THE BAD REVIEWS YOU GET. My medical aid payed you last year and month to month I receive SMS's and calls from this company. I am not gonna succumb to your incompetency more especially your account department. DO BETTER WITH YOUR CLIENT AND STOP BEING QUICK TO SEND ACCOUNTS THAT ARE PAID TO YOUR DEBT COLLECTERS. IS SICKING YOUR EXTABLISHMENT MUST HIRE COMPITED ACC EMPLOYEES.
To be disappointed is another statement with Discovery Bank again... I had a transection going through my account of Netflix I did not subscribe with. Discovery used to have debit check authenticity if you have debit order under the account. But NO not anymore because *****ulent is becoming BIGGER and BIGGER at this bank. Or they are working with people inside the bank. I called to find out why am I getting notification of Netflix which I did not subscribe for, all to find out even last month there was debit order that went through but I did not receive the notification for last month, my concern with Discovery bank no longer care about peoples money anymore. Last month it was the R5000 that went out of my husband's account which we still waiting for that money till date. I was told that they will investigate with this reg. within 72 hrs why are you no longer ENFORCING DEBIT ORDER CHECK with the account holder??? I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DISCOVERY BANK.
I always advocate for Discovery bank to be the best and with security. But to my surprise you proved me wrong. on the 02 of June my account was *****ulent R5000 the money did not even give any notification from my mobile as usual to my surprise when one of debit order came back with insufficient fund. knowing very well the account is with enough more for all my debit orders. Calling the call center make it even worse the lady was RUDE telling me that she's not working for Capitec bank why am I asking how did the money been transfer to unknown account that knowing that Discovery bank is strict with security. Went to Capitec bank to verify the account which the capitec confirm the account that the money was EFT from my discovery does not exist. Calling discovery to convey my msg from capitec. I was told they will investigate the matter and it will take 21 working days. I am gutted by this bank, last year it was my R9000 for the flights which they only refunded me R2002. from SAA. Your service is really unsatisfactory. No doubt and now is time to change. I WANT MY MONEY BACK R5000.00 IS NOT JUST A CHANGE!!! YOUR CONSULTANT DON'T HAVE COMPASION FOR YOUR CLIENTS....
This company that handles traveling for @Discoveryvitality is a ****MER they took advantage of people who missed a flight they told me they don't have a refund. My mother passed away had to book 3 tickets because is emergency. Now the gates are closed they can't reschedule us for another flight I lost R8900. I have discovery banking for my salary and life cover also medical aid scheme. YOU DID ME WRONG LOSING A MOTHER AND YOU CAN'T EVEN RESCHEDULE OR REFUND MY MONEY IS ****MING PEOPLE. with this company is my last time having your service, accountable for their transgressions and ignore customers treating them as nuisance. It is easy to make promises on the phone and if they are not kept too bad for the customer despite communication the list is to refund me and take your penalty not telling me I cannot get refund even SAA do have refund policy I spoke to the lady from SAA that they do refund within 9-11 days. So, what kind of service you offering if you cannot meet your customer/client halfway. we work hard for our money. If losing mother came with this **** that means you lost a client too. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!
I booked a flight after receiving bad news that my mother passed away with SAA using my Discovery bank app at 3:45am which the flight was departure at 06:10am for 3 people. We arrived at the checking inn counter @06:53am the lady told me the gates are closed I cannot board and that means we are no show. I asked to be scheduled for another flight or be put on standby flight. She told me I have to book another flight " with what money"??? the money I booked with was my last money since I did the booking immediately, I receive the call that my mother passed away. I tried pleading with SAA even call their refund customer care but with no luck. I was told we are no show" the list they could have done was to put us on a standby and pay penalty. But they refused to refund me my hard-earned money R8900. I was crying the whole because of your coldly business ethics. YOU ARE ****MING PEOPLE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE DOWN. MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY. AND NO SYMPATHY TO PUT ME ON THE NEXT FLIGHT. NOT EVEN 10% YOU ARE HARDLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE. EVEN IF SOMEONE GOT INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT ON THEIR WAY YOU WON'T REFUND. Service Very Bad at Sleepmasters Lambton Germiston, On the 25th of February 2023 I paid for the base mattress in full without even layby. I was told they will call me to come and collect my item. Because is a special order. Thursday 10 March I call to ask about the base which I paid in cash last month. I was told by the sales lady Nyeleti that she will call the supplier. I got angry and ask for my refund. Had to call the Customer Care to explain my frustration and I want my refund. The Consultant I spoke to gave me the Ref: and go to the shop for my refund. I didn't get my refund the lady was so unprofessional. Decide to leave the refund and wait for the base. Till this day I did not get a call to come for my base which I paid in full. So disappointed with their service at Lambton Sleepmasters
Multichoice is a scam. I've been on monthly prepaid paying over the counter for the past 9 years with DSTV, then receive call from multichoice consultant selling us price lock package Last year we subscribed for price lock which the agreement contract was R699+2 Insurance for R70.00. The first billing was R1253.23 we did not take it too much consideration because they say is pro rata. Next coming month still billed over R1000 not our initial contract billing. Called Multichoice all to find out they subscribe us with Showmax and Netflix without our concern. Called Netflix to find out why they subscribe us with DSTV and being billed. They know nothing about such even send us the billing email under my email address, apparently, I'm not the first person to call regarding this billing of Netflix under DSTV. The Lady told me to call multichoice about their billing saying I'm owing Netflix which is a bluntly lie. I have been bellied Showmax and Netflix without my concern since last year. DSTV Multichoice you are not honest when it comes to this price lock contract, they have hidden charges we do not know nothing about. when I call to find out I've been put on hold for more than 30 minutes before I could speak to the manager since I insist to be put through one manager. I was told the manager will call me back after 2 hours I contact Multichoice again was put on hold for another 25minutes. I'm not going to be billed for subscription I don't watch. MULTICHOICE PRICE LOCK SCAM. I NEED MY REFUNDS FROM THOSE MONTHS YOU'VE BEEN DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONCERN. This month received sms that my will be paying R753.00 but when they debit it was R998.00 Debit which I still don't understand call to find out is still Netflix eiyoo. Now they block my subscription because I owe Netflix Which I canceled I still payed R753 over the counter at Checkers. I want to even cancel your price lock contract.

Just had the horrible experience with The Reef Chicken licken so early bought "soul mate party" the wings are OFF thye smell horrible and the lady who was assisting me 'Happiness and Ntebo" don't have good customer service. maybe they deliberately give me OFF chicken because I asked why they didn't show the pop shake meal since the soul mate party comes with pop shakes. It was still very early to eat off chicken 09:39am . Bad Customer Service
