Worst experience Sassa Thembisa Rabasotho ever customer service poor not happy
I made error by saying extra to supplier I called they said the can't reverse it I must talk to supplier of which did and was sorted,then supplier calls to say they haven't received the funds and I get a case number from Capitec and initially I was told there's nothing there can do,now I have supplier on my neck because of them investigating. My irritation is that they said they help I made alternative arrangements now I'm sitting with a problem,to add they charged me 70 reversal fee.
ATM cash deposit not reflecting no contact or update todate
I am very unhappy with Interbet I did direct deposit of which they say it reflects immediately and been writing to support without assistance,why are they having support if they not going to assist us. I just want my money and stop betting there. What makes me angry is that it was direct ozow deposit and now they are asking for proof and not coming back to me.
I ordered online order never arrived and it said completed. I wrote to support no one bothered to call or follow up my query. They are sending messages asking to give them more information,I did it more than 3 times and no one has assisted so far,I am not happy with their service
I regret opening a Tymebank account, if they not offline they dont have cards. I went to Pick n pay to get a new card as the one I had I blocked it due to the card being lost. when I got there they told me they dont have cards, Imagine wasted my time and money to get there just to be told no cards. I also wanted to find out if its possible to turn off tapping because we going to loose a lot of money.
It looks like Hollywoodbets is becoming worse, I deposited money on Friday for me to play to this day it hasn't reflected. On the other hand I am still waiting for feedback for my other query of a withdrawal, why are they scamming us our money. When I called regarding the withdrawal I spoke with Mpendulo who said he has excalated the matter and later I received an email that says it has been resolved, I dont know they resolved it with who.
On the 4th I made 2 withdrawal of 200,I never received notification like I normally do,and I only received one 200 . I wrote to support and no one came back to me. Pathetic service
I had made withdrawal on the 29th, 30th and 31st August, still no sign of my money and when you send an email they just tell you they will look into it. Customer care line they don't answer their phones, I dont know why they have a call centre if the calls are not going t be answered. The withdrawal froom the 29th is more than 60 hrs. No communication or money, service is pathetic.

In 2016 I discovered that I am married to Gxx Nxx after I applied for a bursary to further my studies. On my application I was told that I was married and NFSAS asked for my husband payslip for them to process my studying assistance to be processed. Then i went to Kempton park Home Affairs to heck my marital status and it was confirmed that I was married, I told them I was never married so I was told to go make an affidavit that states I am not married of which I did and was given a form to fill that was attached to the affidavit and was told to come back after 3 months to check if the matter has been sorted. Upon my arrival in Kempton park I spoke with Z*** F*** who told me to go to Pretoria because that where the marriage happened. I went to Pretoria and they asked the same affidavit and gave me the same form i got in Kempton park and said I should come back in 3 months. Then Txx in Pretoria promised that everything will be fixed and to this day nothing has been done. To a point I would go to different home affairs hoping that my issue. My plea to you is that I get assistance because my life has been on hold for the past 6 years, I can do anything nor apply for grant or anything for that matter. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Regards, This lady sent the email to home affairs for assistance and her case has been passed from one person to the other and no one bothers to come back to her, She is even suicidal because she cant do anything with her life
