I would like to ask for some information about the NCA and their 21 days notice period. I have a 2 year contract with MTN for wifi, I need to give them 21 days notice to cancel and would expect a reasonable fee to do so. Which when I have cancelled a gym contract was told would be a month or a month and a half, this even would apply to property rental agreements. I mean if you don't have money you don't have money right. MTN are blatantly refusing to cancel this agreement unless I pay for the rest of the contract which is till the end of the year. If I had money to pay I would keep it right. I do not care about the router or any equipment, I will hand it back I do not need it. What makes them so special that they feel they do not need to adhere to the NCA. ??? I what I would like to know. Could not speak to a manager or supervisor as they would all say the same thing. Is it because people think everyone and everyone's circumstances are the same? Well they are not and each case should be looked at on merit. They quick also to put fees up during a contract and there is nothing the public can do. I think the competitions board should be involved as well. They hold a contract sacred when it suites them.......

I have not earned any money this year as i am an estate agent and deals have been prolonged. I couldn't pay my life policy of 12 plus years for a month, i couldn't cancel the policy until the arrears were paid, i borrowed money and paid in 2x months premiums, I then thought since i had now paid these 2 months i may as well continue, and thought would be in a position to continue. I am not, but who would want to cancel a policy for no reason after so long unless they could not afford it, right. Last month realised i could not do this so have sent an email to cancel. I was then notified to send a letter signed by myself which i did, they apparently couldn't open a normal word document and I sent it again, to the same person. I have had no notification that it was received nor that they couldn't open it again. Today i receive a message the policy is in arrears, therefore i will be forced to pay yet another premium. Because if i dont' get it up to date they cannot cancel it, WHAT ******** WHO in there right mind, with no money would pay a premium with no benefit so they can cancel their policy. Please cancel my policy and give me back the last 2 premiums extorted from me.
Acc: A ********** I would like to discuss this electronic system being used with absolutely no contact with people, which is most frustrating, i called 135 which is the new number for enquiries, when it gets to 0 , the call is cut off. I have enquired when my billing is done on prior occasions so i can pay 21 days thereafter but the staff cannot give me that date. Instead i get messages even 2 a days reminding me to pay. I have always been with mtn and have never defaulted. I detest accusatory, threatening messages and then you cannot get hold of a person to discuss like human beings. I paid my account on the 28/04, if MTN has such electonic systems surely, the payments should be allocated as quickly. if not perhaps it should be done because to get a message saying they will cut my service when i paid 4 days ago and then cannot speak to an idiot makes me want to ****.. this phone is my business and the bullying tactic of MTN is unacceptable. I am already regretting renewing my contracts. GET REAL MTN
Good day-I was contacted by CCISA to upgrade a 3G ****le with a router and data, didnt realise was a subcontracted company, wsnt told... Never took delivery, i hve called no less than 6 times, called at four stores, countless emails to various addresses. NEVER, have had a call nor email back regarding goods never received from courier, i gather this has been stolen by either the CCISA, Courier company or MTN staff. WHOS PAYING? I am. I stopped my debit order this month being Jan 18 in hope of getting a call. Nothing, cut my service, called in at MTN Oakfields. They have contacted the accounts people who cancelled my services, 2 weeks now, nothing. Im getting calls , twice now from Dollys wanting to upgrade my cell account, ARE YOU DELUDED!! I dont wish to use MTN ever again. Is it difficult to understand. Please will some bright spark call me, give me some customer service. The worst thing was call centers and computerized services. No client contact, stop service, no discussion
Good Day Zanele<br> I have put in a claim as above for a glass hob that is cracked. Firsty, it was an accident perhaps a pot was put on it too hard etc, I don't remember the incident happening. The hob was installed and purchased in Sep 2012 and I object that it is wear and tear due to expansion these stoves are treated for that.<br> Secondly, I called E & E assessing and got a price that Roodepoort electrical was quoting for replacement. R9536.10 including stove and installation. Apparently its an imported product. I don't know whirlpool is made by Samsung I believe.<br> However, I purchased a hob from Dion Wired for R2600.00 and will pay R4999.00 for installation.<br> You have numerous people imposing on your clients doing assessments and reassessments to stop corruption. Well, sorry to say it has not stopped people are too dishonest and unethical.<br> I think Absa Insurance needs to reassess their processes and systems as it all ends up on your clients personal expense because all everyone else wants is to get rich from insurance companies.<br> Your clients should have a say in who and how much their claims are because we actually pay for the repairs one way or the other.<br>
