I would not recommend this small business at all, as customer care is at the bottom of their priorities. I have placed two pre-order items, was charged full price for them, even though their cancellation policy states Pre-orders won't be charged or only partially charged. I have not received the books yet, I cannot cancel it nor get a refund.Their cancellation policy (you can only find that on your order link not on the website) and refund policy(small print only on the bottom of the page) contradict each other. They push policies down your throat and do not meet you in the middle to resolve the issue. 0 stars out of 5. Will never buy any book from them again.

I wish I never order books from this company, Well done bookabook AKA Above books, you are truly one ****ed up company really, you have gone and completely ****ed up a child's school year by ****ming us out of R780 and no books. Hope you sleep well at night, thanks for messing up a child's school year because you felt like it, hope you sleep well at night..... I swear if someone doesn't bring this company down and remove them off the internet,they going to have more issues on their hands

I ordered a book for my daughter for Christmas in Nov 23. I still haven't received it. I was promised a refund in July 24. I didn't get it. Now my emails are bouncing back, their website has been decommissioned and I didn't bother calling as no one ever answers the phone. I think they've closed down. ..

Wish I read the reviews on this company before I ordered a book and paid for my order on the 4th of January 2024 and is still getting prepared by suppliers. I tried several times to call them and no answer I sent several emails no response. Is this how you treat your customers.? How long will it takes for me to get my book? as I have promised 7 working days delivery . The even refuse to send me their location for me to collect myself. I have been requesting refund even to day no answer . this is a total ****
