I applied for membership on 28 May 2019, and I am still waiting for the outcome of my application, now almost more than 3 months later. If sending an email to Medihelp, it takes forever to get a reply back from New Business. There have been emails to and from Medihelp, everytime they request another document/info, I send the document/info, and then it takes forever to get feedback out of them, just to hear that it is with the medical advisor to finalize underwriting. Then another week or 2 later, they request something else, and so it goes on. I have been without medical aid, and really wanted to be a medihelp member, but I suppose that it is time to look at another Medical Aid with better service.

Unauthorised FNB Debit Orders going of through my FNB account!<br> <br> On 29 September 2015 (R 1 000.00) another debit order went of my FNB account. It showed as FNB Personal Loan on my statement, but I don't have any FNB Personal Loans? This happened 2 months ago, and now again. On 24 July 2015 (R3700) and on 28 July 2015 (R151) debit orders went of my FNB account. It showed as FNB Personal Loan on my statement, but I don't have any FNB Personal Loans?<br> I went to FNB branch, who directed me to call Direct Axis, where I spoke to Yolanda.<br> Yolanda from Direct Axis said on their system it shows that there is no active debit orders, I don't have a loan with them, loan from 2007 has been paid in full. <br> Yolanda will come back to me, hopefully soon as I need an urgent refund.
