Awful service
There were *****ulent transactions on my account and I reported them to the ***** department and also complaints department I have been waiting for Rhemona Gradidge to contact me and she’s not replying to my calls and emails. I followed all the necessary steps to report the transactions and to get a refund of my money.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER
I ordered groceries on the 27th Nov at 8:18am and my groceries was never delivered. The grocery is still not deliver as I write this. I have a heavily pregnant wife that needs groceries and is unable to drive to the shops. I am not in the province as I’m away with work. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need this sorted today.

The least I say the better
These people have been ruining my life for over a year. Their staff is the most pathetic I’ve ever had to deal with. Grezelle, Nashrikah and just ****en useless piece of humans who lie on recorded phones calls and e-mails. The even line to my lawyer about my issue.

Pathetic Service a waste of money
The legal representative that has been dealing with my case is soo unprofessional and useless. He never replies to my emails nor call me. The matter has been dragging for months and he doesn’t bother contacting the company I’m having issues with to make sure they speed up the process. Lefa Tshoshane is just useless if he is handling your case just ask for someone else cos you are in for a frustrating time.

still waiting to know what im covered for
I have called Motorite 3 times to get what my warranty and maintenance plan covers to be sent to me via email so I can go through it as I want to claim because my vehicle currently has a mechanical fault i am still waiting for a reply.

worst after sale service ever
i bought a used vw scirocco in 2014 with 118000K on the clock. As I stay in johannesburg i was told the car will be driven down. I received the vehicle but because it was driven down to johannesburg it was now due for its next service when it arrived. I was told i can take it to vw barons in eastgate. To my surprise when I get there im told they know nothing about that arrangement and i also notice that the car did not come with its service history book. i have made numerous attempts to get this sorted for almost a year now to no avail. the car is having mechanical faults that are covered by my warranty and maintenance plan but i can't claim because there is no service book n service history of the car

WORST SERVICE EVER
My vehicle is covered together with my house and household goods but everytime I call ABSA about my vehicle i get different stories. it's either they can't find my vehicle account or the complaint im raising is not covered by the insurance eg towing.<br> <br> What insurance doesn't cover towing? Im told to call my maintenance plan company Motorite to come tow the car or drive it to the VW dealership.<br> <br> I need to know what this stupid insurance covers because in tired of getting contradicting responses.

the worse after purchase service ever
i bought a vw scirocco with 118k on the clock and the vehicle was driven down to johannesburg for delivery.<br> <br> I was the will be serviced for free because by the time it got here it was due for service.<br> <br> I was given the run around till now and the car hasn't been serviced and i've been inquiring about it for almost a year now and my car is giving me mechanical problems and my maintenance guys will not help because the car missed one service. <br> <br> This is unbelievable for a dealership as huge as VW.<br> <br> My car now has a leaking water pump and a catalystic convertor fault and my maintenance won't help and VW doesn't want to take responsibility.
