My name is Anicky Mangotlo I recently purchased a G7 Futon in Randburg, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Just two weeks after buying the vehicle, I started experiencing problems with starting the car. I contacted the dealership, and they advised me to take the car to Polokwane to have the key batteries replaced. I followed their instructions, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. I reached out to them again, and this time I was told to purchase a new car battery, with the promise that I would be refunded. Trusting their guidance, I went ahead and bought a new battery out of my own pocket. Now, instead of honoring their commitment, I am being told that they first need to test the battery before processing any refund. It is unacceptable that after purchasing what is supposed to be a brand-new vehicle, I am expected to deal with faults so soon and cover additional costs myself. A new car should not come with a faulty battery, and customers should not be inconvenienced or financially burdened for defects that clearly fall under the seller’s responsibility. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability and poor after-sales service. I hope this matter is resolved urgently and that the dealership takes responsibility for selling a defective vehicle.
Dear Nedbank, I'm writing to express my concern and frustration regarding a recent incident where R2500 was ****** from my account on March 6, 2025. Despite promptly reporting the incident to the ***** department, I was informed that the investigation would take 4-6 weeks. I'm struggling to understand how a customer is expected to survive for 2 months without a significant amount of money, especially when it was ****** due to what appears to be a security breach. As a loyal customer, I've always trusted Nedbank with my financial affairs, but this incident has raised serious concerns about the bank's security measures. It's alarming that someone can access my account, stop SMS notifications, and send money to a cellphone without my approval. If this is an inside job, I demand that my money be returned immediately. I urgently need the ****** funds restored to my account. I hope the bank takes my complaint seriously and takes immediate action to rectify the situation and improve their security protocols. If not, I will be forced to consider changing banks. Sincerely, Tinyiko Baloyi
I asked for a settlement quote last month 16 Aug for my car and it was R131k, so today 15 Sep I requested another quote and is now R132k after paying for 2 months(Aug and Sep) I then requested a face 2 face appointment with MFC but I was told it is not possible to visit them in Edenvale. Nedbank do not have answers and I cannot even neg with them as I want to settle my account. I currently have R120k and I was expecting it to be around that figure after paying for 2 months...Imagine being advise to pay wat I have when you want to settle. I am very hurt with MFC and I don't think I will ever use them again.
