Be Aware you have to CANCEL your contract after 120 months(10 Years) it does not automatically lapse after contractual 120 months. Once your 10 year membership is paid up you MUST contact Elsabe to cancel the debit order. Even though you just signed contract for a 10 year period they will keep on deducting money from your account until notified. When you ask for a refund on your debit orders after contractual date they tell you must cancel in person.

0 out of 10 What a disgrace! Lisencing and Registration is absolute **** 💩 show. When you buy a kar and you are not from Gauteng good luck ! You pay 5 K and still need to Que at Licinging department to fetch it yourself. After requesting numerous times to do it ourselves it was said It can not be done and its compulsory that Weelee does it. So just what are you paying 5 K for if I have to put in leave to collect my license and have numberplates made ? Asking for a friend ?
