Very bad service, lack of communication. Waiting for the manager to contact and they failed to make any contact.

The best service provider always on the ball. I am happy and pleased with the amazing service and wifi.
Katlego from Clientele called me stating I won voucher to the value of R2500 snd it was active this month May, which was a damn lie and had to pay R170 or so every month I would receive the voucher of R2500 another lie, these people don't know what they selling, stop deceiving people and ****ming. I canceled only to find out that he **** there were no voucher .
I purchase almost everyday from Macdonald's Great North Benoni. However I gave the cashier my phone to scan my M number, tge M number was not processed into her system. I contacted Ayanda a few times anx he has not contacted me regarding 2 purchases.
RAIN SERVICE IS PATHETIC THET DONT MAJE ANY CONTACT TO SORT OUT THEIR ISSUES.
I am literally tired and frustrated with RAIN, we have been having issues constantly with our WIFI and they still cannot dirt out my problem, my account is always up to date.
I am Highly upset and extremely disappointed with Discovery Health and Vitality, I've been with Discovery for many years, I've been to the Dr twice this and don't often use my medical aid, they refuse to assist me with my meds, I have left several messages and emails, however they never call back. Paying for a medical Aid and not receiving what you paying for is literally sad. This is an ongoing dispute since last year. I feel that I am paying for medical aid and cannot be assisted when required.
I buy almost everyday from Macdonalds and have ongoing problems. I purchased meals on the 20 August, they had network issues and double debited my account said it will reverse which it didn't it's the 27 August I call and still haven't refunded. I purchased again to receive garnish on my burgers. I ordered 1 burger meal hot charged for 2. Im so fed up with Macdonalds service.
We have ordered Rain on the 9th January after numerous calls and being debited on the 9th we only received our modem and have activated on the 25th January, however we received 2 sim cards an until today the 29th January the sim cards dies not work. I have been calling rain numerous times and no one can assist with having the sim cards to work.
