HYUNDAI BOKSBURG. I traded in my Kia Rio on the 11th May 2026 and i signed all necessary documents and got my Hyundai Creta . I was supposed to start paying their instalment on 25th June but i was surprised when i got debited on the 25th of May for Kia. Its only when i called MFC and was told Hyundai has not settled my account(Kia). The sales lady Pinky Caluza and Finance manager Ziphozenkosi Mabanga are really failing me as they give me excuses everyday. Today is the 17th day and I'm the one that do follow ups on this matter each and everyday, no care whatsoever from their office . I am reaching out on this platform as i dont know who can help me anymore

I stat in Florida. On 21June2015 at 20h45 I received sms that withdrawal of R1000 was done in Eldorado Park. That time I have my card with me and I'm sleeping. I went and reported the matter at Randburg Standard fraud department 1st thing in the morning as I work around. I just got feedback from standard bank fraud stating that they decline my claim and can't help me in any way. I am accused of being the one that uses that card. I am very pissed at their service and demand my money back as this is not the 1st time it happened. 1st time I just lets it go but this time I want the customers to know that Standard bank don't care about their customers. I'd rather move to another bank with immediate effect.
