I have been waiting from the 29 January 2026 for my one order which was not delivered and I am getting no joy from customer service. I have been calling and chatting to their supplies and still my issue has not been resolved. All I want is my cash back as I no longer require the item.
Can you believe this that I am waiting for 7 days for withdrawals from last week Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Phoned in the whole week and all I got was we are escalating your query. Have been through 4 escalations and still nothing.
Just had the most wonderful chat with DELREE SEPTEMBER from Outsurance as I have decided to switch insurer's. He was pleasant, patient and saved me over R100 in instalments. I hope that I will be well supported with Outsurance.
I played UK lucky numbers and won but no money in account when I send through the email to query I was told that it was a system error. If the system is failing then why are you guys still operating. This site should be shut down or pay what is due. I have all the screenshots showing my winnings and yet I am not a winner.
My family and I ate in at Pedros Pavilion eating area and it was warm and cosy. We had such excellent service from the waitress who was assisting us, unfortunately I did not get her name. Keep up the good service Pedros Pavilion.
So last year around April we purchased a battery from Battery Base in Overport. After about 8 months of usage the battery starting giving us problems. It would not want to start and my husband had to get someone to boost the battery. Every time we take it back to the shop we are given a loan battery and they charge the battery which we have purchased. This is going on way to long now as the guarantee is almost up and they do not want to give us a new battery. Yesterday again the car could not start and when my husband went to the shop they said they do not have a battery to lend us. How long are we going to suffer like this as it seems you are waiting for the guarantee to expire then we will be out of your face.

So 5 minutes ago an agent calls me to tell me that my contract will drop to R299. After asking numerous times will my contract end next year to which I was told yes a number of times. She then says she will sms me confirmation of the drop in price. Too my surprise the contract says it will end in 2025 hell no. I want someone to call me now as I just called and was transferred to the rewards department where my call was dropped. I want answers and I need them now. Lady whoever you are you better fix this so that my contract still ends next year.
So I have been having issues with my router from last week. So yesterday 22/08/23 at 4pm I called in and was assisted by a female operator as I could not get her name due to the line been so poor I cannot identify her. While talking about my problem which is ongoing she rudely cut the call on me. I was beginning to get irritated with her cause she could not understand the situation I was in with the WIFI connection. When I asked to speak to her manager she says that the manager will tell me the exact same thing she just said. I am paying for a service monthly and her putting the phone down in my ear is unacceptable. I called from Sparks Road, Durban area.
So I received a call on Wednesday around 4:10pm about increasing my data plan. At first the offer sounded good so I continued the call, when I was about to accept the offer I asked the lady so how much will my bill now be she answers around R900 and some change so I said oh no that is too much for me right now as my husband is currently unemployed. She was so rude and just hung up on me when I said I cannot afford it like I wasted her time on the call. Very, very disrespectful of the situation we are currently facing.
