Kenny from Audico is excellent! I’ve had the most amazing experience with Audico and it’s all due to Kenny’s patience and customer service. I have lately started to believe that businesses are only in it for the money and that no one aims to be good at what they do and cares about the end consumer but this is definitely not true about my experience with Audico, they have given me renewed hope and have my support for all my audio needs.
We just ordered take aways from you and are rather annoyed. When we received our order and checking the roast vegetable and haloumi pasta as it appeared to be quite dry for something that states it has a napolitana sauce. What we saw was herbed pasta with roast veggies. On enquiring where the sauce was the manager rudely said 'that is how we make the pasta'. Then showing that it is stated there is a napolitana sauce mentioned in the menu the manager said 'yes we herb the pasta'. We asked to have napolitana sauce added as it is what we expected once ordering and what was paid for. The service was so rude and snotty once the pasta was brought back that it won't be eaten now as a poor attitude like that lends one to think that other things could have been done to the food that will make it unknowingly dissatisfactory for the complaining customer to eat. I ate my creamy spinach pasta and was not impressed, it was bland and the spinach, mushroom, chicken was of a small amount, as someone who went to the Greenside branch quite a few times and comparing their lovely service and the exact same pasta I ordered at both branches and theirs being different I am gravely disappointed.
