I am seeking immediate resolution regarding an outstanding order with Audico South Africa (paid in July; goods not received; no refund despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly). I am aware of multiple individuals who appear to be experiencing similar issues. If you are in the same position and wish to join a joint legal approach to recover funds or goods, please message me directly. Failing immediate resolution, we will be instructing our lawyers to proceed with formal legal steps on a combined basis.

I made the following payments toward the total amount for the home audio equipment and installation: R30 000 deposit paid on 20 May 2025 R40 000 additional payment on 6 June 2025 Total paid to date: R70 000 In October 2025, I informed Audico and Mr. Karsten that the property was ready for the final installation. Since then, I have made numerous requests via WhatsApp, email, and telephonic attempts for confirmation of delivery and installation. Despite repeated promises made by Mr. Karsten, no installation has taken place, no refund and no concrete dates have been provided for. To date: No equipment has been delivered No installation has been scheduled No reasonable explanation has been offered No refund received Communication has become inconsistent and unhelpful This is not a business operating in good faith proceed with caution!

Terrible service. No feedback. Phoned the 4 times and left messages fir call back. No one phones back. It's now 6 days and when I followed up, they could only confirm that I placed and paid for my order. Kenny will speak to his boss, whoever that is. Only one number, so good luck speaking to anyone other than thise who don't know anything.

I bought terminated speaker cables from them on 04-04-2025. 2 Weeks later I phoned the store to ask when I can expecte the ordered cables. "No, They can not supply it". I opted for a nother brand of cables. Several phone calls were made to the shop. Just empty promisses. I even spoke to the store owner - Kenny. I asked to be re-funded. The Reversal process started on 21-05-2025, according to my order history, on their web site. Till date, 05-06-2025, no re-fund received from them. It is R 12 480.. A very very sure case -- I will not buy from Audico again. Nor will I recommend them to any one. 2

Never again, they stole my R 40.000! I ordered for R 40.000 in January and still no delivery after 5! months. No commumication or follow up at all. I was promised to be called back 15 times, but nothing. And when I speak to someone, they make make promises they won't keep.

Kenny from Audico is excellent! I’ve had the most amazing experience with Audico and it’s all due to Kenny’s patience and customer service. I have lately started to believe that businesses are only in it for the money and that no one aims to be good at what they do and cares about the end consumer but this is definitely not true about my experience with Audico, they have given me renewed hope and have my support for all my audio needs.

I was so desperate for 2 specific headphones and I needed them urgently, Spoke to Wade in JHB and he went out of his way to make sure I could place my order online, pay and still collect in CT, all this happened on the same day. This is the kind of service that all companies should offer and that will make us stand out to the rest of the world. Thank you Wade for making this such a pleasant purchase you guys will definitely be my first choice going forward.
