Useless Claims Department
I waited for more than an hour to speak to a consultant then they drop the call. Claim was submitted via email more than 3 weeks ago but no reply have been received. Contact me asap.

Harassment but cancelled in May 2025
Cancelled both my vehicle’s in May 2025 but I’m continuously being harassed. The only thing they respond to is a bad review. I think it’s time to go viral with all recordings and details on social media.

Lies, Lies, Lies - Useless Staff
CarTrack did not want to cancel the contract of my 2 vehicles, now demanding payment. Useless company with *********** staff. Promised for a credit on the account but was never done. Lies, have to deal with viljoen attorneys who are just as ***********.

Lies, Disgusting *********** staff when cancelling in May 2025
Continuous harassment after cancelling both my vehicles in May 2025. *********** staff that lie about everything. Luckily i have all recordings and emails. It's time to involve the ombudsman to deal with them and post the disgusting experience on social media.

Harassment from *********** staff
This is my 5th review and i shall continue adding. I am being harassed by *********** accounts department staff. I cancelled the contact many moons ago and was also told a credit note will be issued for their mistake. To date, i am still being called and bul**** with letters. Its time to contact the ombudsman. Luckily i have all the telephonic recordings.

Lies and useless consultants
Does not have a "do not contact" list. Am being harassed by stupid consultants who cannot even read the notes in the notes field. I was told that the harassment will stop once they have processed a credit note but dolololo. cancelled contract for both cars in April for both my cars. Useless consultants. Every day, same story. Enjoys telling lies.....

Does not have a "do not contact" list. Am being harassed by stupid consultants who cannot even read the notes in the notes field. Tebogo enjoys telling lies... Cartrack accounts department does not reply to emails (Themba Mashaba) and continues to harasses people for money after cancelling the contract, demanding money they will blacklist me LOL. I think the ombudsman needs to be informed about this. Been struggling for months with useless consultants. Even asked to be added to their ‘do not contact’ list does not help.
