I was contacted on 21 April and asked if I would accept delivery on 22 April. At 16:00 on 22 April I phoned to ask about progress and was told still to expect delivery the same day. At 20:00 we still had not received our delivery and we had not been contacted to explain what was going on

Bought an Atlantica replacement toilet seat from Brights, original supplier was LKs. Fastening wingnuts are plastic with an internal plastic thread. As the seat kept moving, I had to try and tighten the wingnut several times resulting in the plastic thread stripping
Builders sell Vega white plastic skirting boards but they do not sell end caps to insert at the end. This is poor customer service as I now have to try and fill the gap behind the boards where they end such as at a step down
I bought a Sony S40R 5.1 channel sound bar from Game, but when I opened the box, there were two power leads with UK 13-Amp plugs; plus, two power leads with 2 pin plugs. Having spent R4300 I expect to see proper SA 15-amp plugs supp**** with this item.
In Feb 2024 I bought two cans of doom through Woolworths Dash and found that one dod not work. I complained to Pioneer Foods customer service and had to send purchase details, photographs etc. It took several e-mails and telephone calls to get a response that they had sent me a voucher. However, they used the wrong phone number to send the voucher. I gave the correct phone number and was promised a voucher the same day. Well, never happened! So they obviously either forgot or sent it to the wrong number again
