I was contacted on 21 April and asked if I would accept delivery on 22 April. At 16:00 on 22 April I phoned to ask about progress and was told still to expect delivery the same day. At 20:00 we still had not received our delivery and we had not been contacted to explain what was going on

I didnt get paif for a load that was taken on the 25th june with a return. I tried emailing and calling. I spoke to many and still no explanation why im not gettn paid. I hope this review gets me some information

By far the worst experience with a courier service that ruined my whole entire day,they do not deliver until you do a follow up and complaint with that having to deal with rude staff from the receptionist to Managers and delivery driver ,they will drop phone calls and put you on hold once they here you have a complaint ,my partner had an injury and simply had asked for assistance to the house since they had come in with a 4 ton truck which isn’t allowed in our estate,they simply declined spoke vulgar language and drove away with our staff simply because it wasn’t his job to carry boxes of furniture,mind you he has a delivery assistant,so they had expect to drop the items outside our estate which is against the rules that were explained to them by security only for me to complain about the behaviour for the operations Manager to drop the call on me.Very unprofessional people!

I strongly caution anyone considering subcontracting or offering transport services on an account basis to Petals Transport Owned by EWAN SWART and ANNAMARIE SWART. Based on my experience, the company is not honest or transparent in its dealings. They currently owe me more than R220,000 and have stopped responding to all communication. It’s clear they have taken on more than they can handle and are now avoiding their financial responsibilities. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the transport and logistics industry. I’m sharing this to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Do not trust them with your services or business.

Thank you to Roderick, patience, great service and professionalism. Roderick phoned me and I had to drop the call due to wind, not even a minute later he called me back to arrange with me delivery of my parcel. Delivery time was nowhere near the time I requested however this gentleman still made sure I received my parcel. A big thank you to Roderick, keep up the great service!!!

Good afternoon.I made use of the pathetic courier service Petals Express to courier a washing machine for me from Springbok to Cape Town.Today it's 8 days.We found out that it's lost.No communication from them.When we contacted them we were told that they will sort it out.I contacted every possible channel.My sister was told by the Managing Director Ewan Swart that he will sort it out and told her to stop sending him messages..I contacted by sending qoutes.I told the Operations Manager that I will take them to social media.Im shocked by the way the Directing Manager can speak to a client like this one did.I have a screenshot of his response to me.Disgusted.I will gladly post it to you .He know want to know if I have insurance. I was already told insurance included in the payment.told me he is helping me.Its his job to do it.To get my machine or to pay me back.How can you speak to a client like that.And I have proof I screenhotted the chats with me and my sister.Opened a theft case as well.I called it theft cause they picked the machine up and it never reached me.On a site note the only person that spoke in a professional way was Cheslin.I think he tried to get me off his back by doing what he did.But I will definitely take this to the highest level I can

Pathetic service! My delivery of chairs was promised on three different dates and on all three dates the driver apparently ran out of time. I had to make a few phone calls to find out about my delivery. I have also emailed the company to two different email addresses to inform them of the delayed delivery and poor service, but have not received any response. The worst is how damaged the packaging was in which my chairs arrived. The one box was dented and torn and half the tape was off.
