I just purchased a wild bird feeder, hoping to avoid ***eons feeding on the seeds. I am extremeky disapointed in the quality of the feeder, not what I expected for R175!The whole thing is wobly, does not hold together even with the bottom ***** which does not go all the way,I am scared to force it, as it will break... the top is supposed to open and close to let you put the seeds in, but it is one piece that does not move to open, My only recourse is to glue it all together, hoping it wil hold. An absolute waste of money !!!!pity I was planning to buy 2 more.

On 7 Nov I sent Marlton's a message about their milkbones dog snack, after I opened a bag of it that I bought the week before and noticed mould on some of the milkbones. The expiry date on that pack was 17 Oct 2026. I got a reply from them three days later (10 Nov) asking for photos of the batch number and proof of purchase, which I sent on the same day. On 18 Nov I sent a follow up together with more photos of other mouldy milkbones I saw in the same shop where I bought the previous bag - - the products had not been pulled yet. Received no reply thus far - today's date is 25 Nov. On 21 Nov I visited the same shop and still found mouldy milkbones. I then reported it to the shop management. Apparently Marlton's does not see the urgency in pulling mouldy dog snacks from shelves.

You would never go wrong with Marltons, for pest control insecticides, you have come to the right place here. Talk to Ruby about the gecko repellent, please don't kill those lizzards. Thank you #BlackFriday

Appalling customer service and dangerous products - their charcoal and mint chews made our dogs sick with diarrhea. I have sent emails regarding this and not one person has been bothered to reply. Very nice indeed! Show how much they care about their customers and customers' pets. Will NEVER buy this brand again.

Seems like there is a trend with these guys not responding!! We found a blue piece of rubber in our doggies treats, I posted twice on their website and no response, pathetic. The sad part is that they are sold in probably every Checkers and Spar in SA and Namibia and delivering sub standard products to our beloved pets.

Honestly I am extremely disappointed I have tried to correspond via email about a complaint with plastic found in my rabbit's pellets so hard that it cut my finger open trying to pry it out figuring it out what it was I cannot imagine what it would have done to my rabbit's mouth if I had not found it first. I was told kindly that I will receive a response within 72 hours that was almost a week ago I find this absolutely disgusting as I'm paying just under 80 rand for a bag of pellets and how to throw the entire bag away not everybody can afford the best for their animals and this is now surely not the best especially because it has maize and rice in which rabbit cannot digest but if there is nothing else it has to do now we find a plastic in it as well what next I would love a response and an explanation as to why my rabbit gut health changes while eating these pellets as compared to other healthier pellets without maize or rice
