I bought my phone at Centurion Mall(Opposite Post Office). They have a landline number which they never answer, I have to practically drive from Johannesburg to follow up, I sent emails to Nozuko and Yogan who have practically failed to assist. I am just wondering if this is a joke network or what, how can you not have details of less that 2 years.

What other details do they not have ?, how do they even know when my contract will end?

If Telkom Mobile can not provide me with a simple proof of purchase, they might as well then just fix my cracked screen. So much incompetence!!!

I bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 at Telkom mobile in April 2014, my 2 year contract is only expiring end of May 2016. This is how old the phone is in the market because I bought it the first day in came. I sent it in last for week for a cracked screen, Samsung told me to send to Ifix with the proof of payment. Telkom Mobile could not provide the original proof of payment because their systems changed last year end of year, however they issued a quite comprehensive proof which they certified, it has the initial date of contract and the contract age stated on it as 22 months 22 days, IME number is also there. Samsung refused to fix the phone saying they want the original PoP, when all the information they need is provided. Shaun Chalmers from Samsung said the phone was bought in 2012, I’m not sure where could I have bought an S5 in 2012. Knowing that Telkom mobile cannot provide the original PoP, I asked them to contact Telkom mobile if they did not understand anything on the proof of payment so they can explain. They know how old the S5 has been in the market and it had not completed 2 years when I sent it in. Samsung used this as an excuse to avoid fixing the phone. Which makes it clear that their screen warranty policy is nothing but a marketing scam. From iFix I dealt with Kirstie Prince and Ntokozo in Clearwater and from Samsung – Shaun Chalmers.
I rented a town house from Jotam from 01 Sep 2013 until 31March 2015. I treated the place as my own, They kept R7650 as deposit that I had to get when I moved out, out of it they only paid out R2418, when they account for the rest they say its for changing a burnt counter top(something I had mentioned when I moved in), changing a cracked wooded door \somewhere in the house"(Something I know nothing about. The rest they charge R150-R450 for stuff that can be bought for less than R10.00. Worst of all things I know were not broken when I left. My biggest problem"
