Frank and Kie are ****mers, ****s snd ********s! This company is in Edenvale, according to them. I think it is necessary to put their logo on since there are quite a few companies with name in SA. It is now since Sunday that our washing machine has to be repaired. Wrong parts and no parts! Their parts are double the price of the suppliers. They supply no written quotes nor invoices. Excuses!!!!! I had enough! Told them to f-off and pay back my money! Their arrogance is terrible and it seems they think they are above hellopeter.com and the law. They have time until tomorrow at 9 to send a POP or a theft case will be made against them. The owner is missing in action and I doubt these workers/employees are South African. I agree with all the complaints of this company on the reviews made. They said they use Door2Door parts?! That company does not sell parts other than vehicle parts! Can we please report this company? Had the privilege to be put on hold, then had a black lady thinking she has the right to talk straight over me. And then not understanding the issue. Found a second time. Was put through to customs and another black lady thought it is okay to not write any details down and then had to ask it again from me. I paid for a parcel from Temu. Received no emails nor a link to pay customs. Wrong email was used. No follow up from Skynet. No sms. No phone call. Third party service provider and useless at it! I have contacted the Post Offices several times regarding missing parcels from overseas. Up till now, I am still looking for 2 parcels from Banggood as well as several from Geek. 1. How is it that with all my contact details on as well as contact number PLUS the supppliers details, the packaged cannot end up with the buyer? 2. Where does all the unclaimed parcels go to? 3. What strategy has the SA Post Office have in place for this? 4. What is the responsibility of the SA Post Office towards packages that just go MISSING?? ********** ********** ********** Local Post Offices, etc. Regards!!
