This company is very quick with the Sale of items however they do not disclose all the details with regard to their return policy. You have to constantly phone or create a query online for them to look into it. Very disappointed with this company. To return the item you are required to cover the cost. And looking at their reviews it can be in a worse state after you return the item for review. I had to cut my losses and keep the item as it would cost me more to return the item. I'd rather stick to companies that I know in the future like Tecsa that provide exceptional service. If there was a rating for minus or zero I would definitely of added that.
Bidvest Tyre & Rim Insurance is a big rip off. They give you all this wonderful things they cover then when you claim it’s not covered. I cancelled with immediate effect & they were also so quick to cancel after paying for almost 3 years. Rather deal with reputable companies like Standard Bank.
I have received a response to my complaint of the 16th of April by Lungi REQ:4970854 on the 29th of April. Thanks for the response however this issue has not been resolved. I would appreciate it if you could refer to the reference 123002997 which I was infromed over two months ago that they will get back to me to provide feedback on my cell contract no 084 500 9007 which was not carried over and have never been reimbursed which was close to R1000.00. As you advised me to contact your call centre which is impossible to get hold of anyone, it would be appreciated if a consultant can call me to resolve as this would give your client more confidence that you are doing something about it iso going through this frustration all over again which is in vain as I am still not able to get to anyone as the call just gets cut off after holding on for over 5 minutes at a time.
I recently bought 2 pairs of earrings at American Swiss and on both occasions had to take it back to the store due to poor quality. The one pair which I took back to Rosebank the lady repaired it and gave it back to me. The other pair which I also bought at Rosebank went to the Cresta branch as I asked the lady if this can be fixed at their store, she was quite helpful and said you can take it to any american swiss store. I then took it to the cresta branch and the black lady was quite agitated and then I was not happy & was quite rude and told me that i should then go back to the rosebank branch. The issue I am finding hard to deal with is that customers cannot return earrings and the retailer should then ensure that the goods are 100% good quality then we don't need to come back to the store. When we buy items from them we expect this quality. I am very disappointed and feel the quality should be addressed as the things are not cheap or free.
I have been trying for over a month now to get to a consultant to assist in resolving a few issues.<br> I only got through one time and the consultant was supposed to get back to me - I am still waiting...<br> I have a few other issues - the branch on no. 5 Simmonds street said that they are no longer able to assist in updating your contracts to prepaid and I must call 809. I have been trying all week but to no avail. <br> If your call centre can't assist get the branches to assist us as we are faced with this frustration as we cannot get any service from MTN. I really miss Nashua Mobile as they were tops. MTN could of learned a thing or two from them before they took over. What a disappointment...please sort this out!!!!<br>
