I deleted the companies I registered with Infodocs months ago, and still, my account is debited with the subscription. Last month I tried to register one company but it kept on giving an error. On my account, it shows "no companies". Why do they still debit my account? I had to cancel my card and order a new one. This is causing unnecessary expenses.
I booked in my Asus laptop of 3 months for repairs at Makro Wonderboom. 9 Days later and the laptop has been given to the assessment / repair agent. What the hell happened in the 1st 8 days? I need that laptop for work. Will never buy any electronics from Makro again.
The service of the deceased estates department is non-existent. Since March we are waiting for the balance of certificates and payout. We have emailed, called, complained. The matter was referred to Yvonne Dlamini then Donald Komo, they do not even reply to our emails or return our phone calls. We also send numerous times the required certified documents. Do not open a bank account or invest with Nedbank because your family will be destitute should you die. Your executor will be forced to bring an application to compel Nedbank to do their work.
This is the most horrible ice cream I have ever tasted. Full of ice, it tasted as if expired cream has been used. Waste of money. Should not be on the shelves and shame on the retailers who sell it.
I am a customer of Webafrica. For some stupid reason I moved from Openserve to Metro Fibre (at that stage Metro offered a better deal through Webafrica). I regret this move as the internet is constantly down. The past week has been the worst, first 2 days without any connection in Wonderboom, Pretoria. Since yesterday I do not have internet. It does not seem as if Metro has the resources to fix the problems.
They do not even deserve a rating. I am customer for a few years, but lately the service is poor and that Whatsapp line means nothing. My metro fibre has not been working for a few days. Everyday I must Whatsapp and write the whole complaint again and again, just so that they can tell you to wait a few minutes or reset or they will escalate the fault. I do not wish to be a customer anymore.
I have 2 contracts with MTN which is coming to an end. I do not wish to continue with the contracts. I have been trying to call MTN many times, chose the cancellation department, but nobody is answering. Every time an hour has passed. I even sent an email to their customer care to cancel, received an automated response, but still no reply with regards to the cancellation. What a useless company
I entered into a price lock contract with Multichoice which came to an end September 2019. On 3 October 2019 I contacted the call centre and cancelled my DSTV subscription. Despite cancelling my account my bank account was debited again on 3 November 2019. On 4 November 2019 I emailed DSTV at [email protected] and at [email protected] to inform them that they should not debit my account again as I have cancelled the contract. I even received an email from [email protected] under reference number: 2718260. December 2019 my account was once again debited and in January 2020 which debit orders I sent back. Since then Blake Associates keep calling demanding that I give my personal details (ID, bank account number) and that I owe multichoice. How many times should I cancel a contract? My next step is to refer this matter to the consumer tribunal. Maybe if Multichoice receives a costs order from the Tribunal they will listen.
I have been on gold status for the past 3 years. Discovery did not award me with diamond status, instead in November / December 2019 Vitality reduced it to silver. When I complained about it, they sent an email in December 2019 to apologise and stating that I have reached gold status for 3 years and that I will be on diamond status in 2020. It is almost February and still Vitality has not rectified my status. Now suddenly I have not reached gold in 2018. I know for a fact I had as my friend still had to exercise on the last day of 2018 to reach gold. 3 years of hard work for nothing! Discovery New Business Department is not much better. Discovery is just like another state department. I am going to cancel all my products (which are many) with Discovery as I am not interested in a company with pathetic service.
End of April I applied in Telkom Kolonnade store for a landline (wireless). Until date hereof I have not received the device yet. I have called several times and every time the store said they will come back to me. I went to the store on Saturday and they could see on the system the order was placed in early May but they do not know if the device should be delivered by head office or by the store. They promised that they will call me on Monday, the 1st with an answer. It is now Wednesday and once again Telkom did not attend to the issue. Should I rather cancel the order and use the services of another service provider as it is now more than 2 months and you advertise that installation will occur in 21 days.
