When her policy with Momentum was initiated, her broker, Malcolm Fielies, requested the cancellation of her existing policy with Budget Insurance. However, it appears that this cancellation was not processed, resulting in overlapping coverage. Recently, a windscreen claim was registered and processed by Momentum Insure. Given the dual insurance, we believe that Budget Insurance is liable to contribute 50% of the cost incurred by Momentum Insure in settling this claim. In light of this, we kindly request the following: That Budget Insurance reimburse Momentum Insure for 50% of the windscreen claim cost. A review of her policy records to determine the refund due for the period of dual insurance. Please provide me with a time frame on this request. Please let us know if any further information or documentation is required. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. My mother will continue her coverage with Momentum Insure and requests the immediate cancellation of her policy with Budget Insurance. Emailed the below complaint to Nedbank - after providing signature etc I still wait for their response. Literally considering moving my bond !!!!, Not sure if I should try facebook or twitter. This error has not only placed me under significant financial strain, but it has also infringed upon my rights as a customer to receive fair, accurate, and reliable service. In a single month, Nedbank received R27,193.60 and continued to debit R11,084.35, and a additional R11,086.35 from my account—amounting to the equivalent of five monthly premiums. This is not only excessive but entirely unjustified. The result has been a serious disruption to my personal budget, leaving me without access to funds I rely on for basic living expenses. What’s more troubling is that I am now being asked to provide two signatures to correct an error that was not mine to begin with. This added inconvenience and administrative burden is unacceptable, especially given the distress this situation has already caused. I placed my trust in Nedbank to manage my home loan with professionalism and care. This incident has severely undermined that trust and placed me in a financially vulnerable position through no fault of my own. Please dont advice me the process takes 3-4 days, its a Nedbank to Nedbank transfer. If I can do a same-day transfer to another bank, what stops you. Discovery insure sales team, you are just pathetic. How do you call me to do a quote and then activate the quote without me accepting the quote. I reversed the debit orders at my bank and called you, I requested a copy of the call where I accepted your qoute and to date NO ASSISTANCE. And you continue to debit my account and place a block to bank not allowing me to reverse the debit order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO JOIN DISCOVERY WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. GIVE ME A COPY OF THE CALL WHERE I ACCEPTED COVER! Why even..... to top it all your premium is higher than my current insurance, you could not beat the premium on my curret insurance yet activate a policy YOU CONTINUE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT, I CAN ASSURE I WILL POST ON ALL PLATFORMS IF I HAVE TO....I WANT PEOPLE TO SEE THE INSURER THEY DEALING WITH.. Refund my PREMIUMS and please dont tell me to wait for 14 days. You had no right to access my bank account. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISAFIED....... I WILL NEVER EVER JOIN DISCOVERY..PERIOD!!!!
Horrible exremely horrible service , the absolute worst service received. After 16 emails ...I have not been assisted. I have been requested assistance from 07/11/2024 and was just sent from one person to another. I am very well within my legal right to cancel as my cancellation has been put through within the window period as prescribed. You could not keep your promise from the word go. You just had to start off with an unauthorized debit order on date that was not even agreed on. Not to mentioned the promises FREE SHORT TERM gym membership. I would not trust PLANET FITNESS AT ALL AND DEFINITLY WOULD ADVICE ANYONE AGAINST JOINING. Very nice gymn equipment but its SERVICE that counts. Have to acknowledge once again, I wouldn't recommend Planet Fitness to anyone.
I have just come across the worst service ever. After multiple tries for assistance , numerous calls and emails. I can list the names of all the consultants I spoke to. But the worst is when management cannot respond or read a email. A manager replies with a rejection letter that was sent to the wrong email address and answers no other question. Nicky Morake, Lindokuhle Ngqulungo , Ntekane ,Kgoasi ....none of you could pick up your phone and speak to me as a client, despite the emails and phone calls. My request is simple , send me a copy of the sales call, its been months of no feedback. Your service has been horrible.
I have sent a parcel, which was due to be a 24 hour service. Parcel has been sent on the 19th of October , 11 days has passed. Multiple calls between myself and your company , to date its been PROMISES,JUST PROMISES. How do you commit to a time frame and not keep it, when I checked your online portal this morning, it shows Attempted delivery last night @ 8 ??????, customer is not available... How was this customer not available, no missed calls on either my phone and the person who should have received the parcel. The service has been nothing but PATHETIC. very very disappointing service, I have heard about your service prior and now have first hand experience. I have requested a manager to call me back, not even this was done. How do you just disregard your clients like this.

I registered a claim with nedbank for a burst pipe in the wall, they requested me to send them a quote for the repairs, i sent the quote and requested a read receipt. To my shock i get a email back stating, \you're email has been deleted without being read""; in the mean time ;my water bill is increasing due to the fact that the burst pipe is not attended to as yet. Terrible service."""
