One star is too high a rating.. Second incident in a space of 8 months. Fastway Couriers pietermaritzburg has drivers that think they are all knowing .. They have no manners or way of speaking to people. I have modules that get couriers from the college to myself and then back once coursework is completed. Both incidents that I've had of late have been appalling. My mum was screamed at by the driver named Rushen/Roshen. Got told that it's not their responsibility to provide bags for the package and neither is it their duty to provide a waybill. You try calling these people and their landlines rings forever and a day, their cell number gets answered when and if they feel like being business minded. If I had a choice (which I don't since the college arranges pick ups) I would definitely not use their services
worst company ever to deal with. we had a geyser installed by earlsfield in may 2025. they were sent through via our bank. firstly,they kept delaying installation, then the lady that is supposed to be assisting with queries is rude to my mum,we had to call them over 05 or so times on the days of installation. we get called the morning of day three of supposed installation to state that they are unable to come out due to them not planning out their jobs properly and they will advise on when they can come through.. after mum tells her we will be calling and laying a complaint with our bank ,they automatically make a plan and come through. today ,just over days later ,we notice that the geyser is leaking, its damaged a few empty boxes we had on the floor underneath the geyser for recycling, called earlsfield ,only for my mum to yet again be spoken to rudely and get told,go sort it out with your insurance and you need to pay an excess... the warranty on the geyser is yrs.. so wth is wrong with these people. we have called insurance and the process went extra smooth. we have requested different plumbers,because clearly earlsfield has toooo much of money and lack of morals
Not even worth the one star review. I have been *****ed of all funds that were in my standard bank account, I reported this to standard bank and was told a note was being put onto my file.. I have been receiving calls non stop in regards to payment for my credit card. How do I do this when I have no funds and the people at standard bank can't accept that I'm paying as much as I can toward my installment whilst waiting for this case to be resolved?
I met with an accident on Monday 05 December. I've been following up and kept getting told that my claim is still in validation process which I do understand..however I need a vehicle due to the fact that I attend meetings out of my province. I got a lower assessment amount based on pictures that were sent through compared to the amount I was given after a physical assessment of the vehicle.. when I questioned why I was told that due to my car being out of warranty I was quoted on not original parts.. I pay my premiums so why should I have pirated parts put onto my car. Extremely disappointed with iwyze..
