Do not use them
Worst plumbers ever. Came via insurance for an authorised replacement . After a 15 minute inspection, got in the van to leave with barely no communication I had to ask them why they leaving,they said they are waiting for authorization. The next day Saturday I was told the same. After that was told my geyser needs to be moved and I need to pay extra. After telling them my geyser was installed by quickout and is compliant they had said it's up to you if you want to change the geyser position .I was further told that they do not work on Saturdays and Sundays and I had to wait for Monday . My geyser had leaked and damaged the ceiling and bed over the weekend. We had to get a new service provider to do the job.

dont ever use them
worst company ever to deal with. we had a geyser installed by earlsfield in may 2025. they were sent through via our bank. firstly,they kept delaying installation, then the lady that is supposed to be assisting with queries is rude to my mum,we had to call them over 05 or so times on the days of installation. we get called the morning of day three of supposed installation to state that they are unable to come out due to them not planning out their jobs properly and they will advise on when they can come through.. after mum tells her we will be calling and laying a complaint with our bank ,they automatically make a plan and come through. today ,just over days later ,we notice that the geyser is leaking, its damaged a few empty boxes we had on the floor underneath the geyser for recycling, called earlsfield ,only for my mum to yet again be spoken to rudely and get told,go sort it out with your insurance and you need to pay an excess... the warranty on the geyser is yrs.. so wth is wrong with these people. we have called insurance and the process went extra smooth. we have requested different plumbers,because clearly earlsfield has toooo much of money and lack of morals

*********, Poor Quality, Non- Professionalism Plumbing organisation
Dont ever consider this organisation for plumbing. Everything is about money with them, Had come into to do a dye test and repair a kitchen trap and bathroom seal. I thought they would be professional but everything with them is a quote, They did the job and the very next day the leaks got worse and the new silicone in the bath room starts peeling off. I then contact them and eventually they send a plumber who then "assesses" the work but tells his office that he did repairs. I call the office the lady is confused, had a conference call with her and the plumber. Plumber then admits that he did not do anything and the lady then tells me she is going to quote me to repair their bad work and to top it off charge me a call out fee for the plumber that came in to "Assess".
