TLS Contact Centre Centurion.
The counter set ices at TLS contact centre in Centurion require some urgent attention. I decided to take my brother who is a SA citizen for a holiday to Brussels and because he works in Zambia they refused to consider his application for a Shengan visa and referred him to go apply in Addis Ababa. The African women also refused to accept my 3 months bank statements stating I must submit transactional reports on the last ten 10 days on my accounts and hence recorded my.financialmsituation is inadequate despite earning over a R1m pa.

Laminate profiles and Blinds:Majeed
I procured the services of Majeed to install laminated floors. The price was market related but because Majeed was polite and very accommodating I decided to give him the work.After a week the floors lifted and initially he refused to respond but after threats of legal action he came out. He promised to return to fix but never responded.His work is very unprofessional and he knows very little about wooden flooring because he depended on the hired labour who seemed to have experience in installation under supervision. I won't recommend his services.

Irresponsible behaviour
I have made an offer to purchase an apartment on my roof. I had given all my contact details to the website and to the agent requested by the bank to process the offer. Ms Ntsoaki Mokaleng called my office and my PA informed her I was at a meeting and that if she left her details I will return her call. Instead she emailed the agent saying I cannot be contacted. I obtained her details and called her to give her the information she requested and inquired why did she not leave her contact details for me to call her back instead of having to trace her through a third person.. She screamed at me asking me what my problem was and why was contacting the agent a problem. She was practically abusive. I had to calm her by telling her she was being recorded. Surely you cannot have people like this dealing with customers. I was so put off that I did not want to pursue the loan anymore and offerred to pay cash for the property. This woman need to be moved to a post where she does not deal with the public.
