Extremely poor delivery service and customer feedback! Placed my order with them on the 15th September, and still have not received any products! It's been almost 4weeks, order status still on processing. They keep on making empty promises and yet, no delivery!!
I have had a horrifically bad experience with Telkom Mobile. My debit order did not go off end Nov19, and was collected double payment mid Dec19. After I phoned them to find out what the situation is, and if I can be refunded, no return communication! I was notified via sms that my service is suspended. I phoned them just to find out that they take 7-14 working days _PLEASE TAKE NOTE- to resolve such matter, and that I can wait 5hours for the service to be restored. I requested a reference nr, no such thing exist in Telkom. Also, on 2 separate calls, I have requested a manager phone me - no luck. It is almost 48H, the payment was collected TWICE and reflecting on their system, but apparently the wrong one....Go Figure. Its been almost 48H currently, still no connection DONT DO TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!
We have decided to install an armed alarm system at our residence as my husband was working overseas.<br> We had the alarm for 3months where the door eyes fell off and we were told to stick them back on again with superglue which one of the assistance handed to me.<br> In the same week the alarm stopped working.
