An employee from Jimmy Labuschagne Panelbeater business stole R4000 from us, for a panelbeating job that was never done. This was in November 2023 and to date we have not received the money or work. They just keep refusing to refund. They are bad business people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I ordered a Pizza at 12:28 and no delivery. After contacting them, they promised delivery, and still nothing. I am truly disappointed in the service.
This company is not to be trusted. I moved out leaving the property in a cleaner state than what received, and painted the walls, closed holes that the landlord never fixed, and they had the nerve to take most of my deposit for plumbing, painting, cleaning, carpentry, etc. Please avoid renting through them, as the Forest Manor building is not a nice place to live in. It is ridiculous how rental agents can get away with keeping deposits. Do not rent from Macprop. Thanks
There is no service whatsoever with the Housing Tribunal in Tshwane. I have submitted a dispute on a refund in April, and no one has communicated this far. This is ridiculous. There is a person [email protected], that never bothers to do what they are supposed to. They are the contact, but never assists or responds. That is why so many rental companies get away with keeping our deposits. Well done.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SPARE FOR MY NEW EMPISAL OVERLOCKER, AND NO WHERE CAN I FIND A FREE ARM. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE SPARES OF A USELESS PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT IS PART OF THE OVERLOCKER? NO ONE EVER GETS BACK AND THEY NEVER HAVE STOCK, EVEN IF YOU WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
No service at all. After waiting in long queues and three shop visits and also calling, telkom still can't update bank details, keep debiting wrong accounts, owe me lots of bank fees, and still disconnect service when I paid cash at shop. I cannot believe they are still in business with this lack in effort.
My telkom debit order was cancelled at the store. My account paid up yet the Still debit wrong account. I want all those charges refunded. This goes past worst service ever. Really.. Do your damn jobs some time.. I am surprised they are still in business
I have paid my account up to date and for more than 3 days and I still cut off from the service. I am unable to have use of my cell or wifi. Ridiculous service once again.
After calling, and confirming change in bank details, I am still getting debit orders going through account that is no longer active. Now I am unable to get through, as the bank is constantly too busy to answer, and of course charges are ridiculous, which I will be responsible for. Can someone please contact me to get bank details changed, so it actually is done, and not a waste of my time and money. I want my charges refunded. Thanks
I have been sending nonstop messages and tried numerous times to call Sanlam Directaxis loans, just to update my banking details and have had no response. They keep debiting the wrong account and leave me with ridiculous banking fees. PLEASE CONTACT ME. How difficult can it be? I want all my charged fees back please.
