so my spacebar on my MacBook wasnt working , I took it to Smerno Tablebay Mall , they fixed the keyboard , Only to find they installed the wrong keyboard . I no longer had a back light so contacted them again informing them of this , they weren't too bothered about it and told me to bring it back in . being a businessman I had difficulty finding time , eventually I was able to set aside an hour , contacted them to let them know I was on the way , when I got there I was informed the tech guy wasnt in . I told them I had contacted them why didnt they inform me ???? Oh they didnt bother reading the whatsapp , so I went there for nothing , no apology nothing . I am fuming at the lack of service . I am certainly taking this much further .

Yeah That tells me whoever made this decision has a single figure IQ . I wont be using SPAR2U online shopping ever again . They dont comeCLOSE to Checkers60 ...1.... they took my order and charged me R500 which they immediately took out of my account ....2.... Only to find they didnt have what I wanted soothes Owed me over R300 ....3....Which must now wait 7 days for them to pay back to me ???? are you frikken kidding me ? ...4... When I tried to complain their lines were down And they didnt bother responding to my online messages of which I left 3 .
I strongly urge you to check up on your money transfers with This Bank . I transferred money to my ABSA acc , the money left , but never arrived . As usual , Nedbank customer service is non existent , their emails , phone lines are all down so there's no way to follow this up .This is not the first time this has happened , They stole over R500 from re electricity , they've destroyed my credit score by lying , resulting in ME losing over R100000 on my Home loan , among so many other things . If I could just warn 1 person to rather use another bank , I would be a happy man .
Picked up my new BJ40 Champion today at Canal Walk , Geus made it so easy ,. I must of smiled all the way home cause my face is sore .Highly recommended for anyone in the market , twice the car for half the price.
I am sick and tired of Vodacom . They are pathetic . I took out a contract for R1400pm I explained to them this is my budget , they agreed and signed me up , THEN started charging R1850 -1950 .I called and queried this they finally fixed it ,that was 2 month ago , last month they charged me R1820 ,NOW they've done it again.They are ****** ********s .How dare you take more money than youre suppose to? I have sent over 50 emails ( no I am not exaggerating ) They havnt rep**** to ONE . Ive tried calling them but ,you know , high volumes ( BS ) and when you FINALLY get hold of one, you get some guy called Banzi that asks you stupid questions NOT pertaining to the issue . I am fed up with this company , wont be using them again
Time to upgrade my car I app**** for finance , requesting of course they try Wesbank first as I have been a loyal customer of there's for over 25 years . To my Horror they offered me 18% , thats 7% OVER prime , PLUS they insisted on a deposit too . I was so angry , 25 frikken years and this is how they treat their customers . I got approved by 2 other finance houses for 13% NO deposit . I still cannot believe what has happened , Im actually hurt .
So my gate wheels were damaged / broken , called a few places and got a quote for R3000 , thinking it was too much I decided to call other company's and came across Autogate. Spoke with Kobus , very nice chap , he gave a a great quote ( R1000 less ) and came through same day . The chap who fixed my gate was brilliant , very professional and friendly . Kobus thank you for the amazing service , I'll be using only you from now on .
Recently I had huge issue with Vodacom. It was upgrade time so I got the iPhone 14 plus . Everything was fine until I saw my bill , they were charging me for 2 handsets ( Even though I upgraded After my date ) , furious I called them and queried this . There is one thing ive learnt in business , everyone makes mistakes , the difference between a good company and a Great company is how they deal / resolve it . I got a call from "Edith" what a lady , she assured me she would get to the bottom of it , listened to the voice call , did the investigation , then yesterday came back to me to let me know all was sorted . Well done Vodacom for putting your customer first , very professionally handled and as for Edith , this lady is going to go far in life . As for Vodacom. with customer service like this , no wonder you're the leading service provider .
Long story short , I got *****ed by Nedbank , they stole from me , claiming I never received COVID relief when I did , Even after I Proved to them I did they still refused to admit their mistake plunging me into debt AND my good credit record destroyed . after a year I finally got my finances back on track ( No thanks to them ) however my bad name is Still reflecting so I asked for a letter of clearance , to which they rep**** NO , they dont do that . THIS is what Nedfbank is about , they also stole money from me by charging me double insurance . Use any other bank but these ********s ( P.s I have ALL emails and docs to prove everything ive written )
