DO NOT make any purchases on their online store. this company operates on *****ulent basis. They do not have the stock at hand, they do not notify you of such , you as the customer have to follow up and then they give weak excuse giving false reason that 'their online representative has left the past week' . They then want to offer you an alternative inferior product. When yiu demand a refund they demand you give them sensitive private information such as a copy of your ID, credit card details and/ or banking details. When I demanded such instruction to be received from their official accounts department they said my email is bouncing back! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Absolute shocking Customer Service and unethical practice! On the 20th Nov'19 I received an "Accept Contract" email to my business account. I immediately responded stating that we did not request a new contact and that they should investigate and contact the prospective client. Having not heard a reply, I assumed the matter had been resolved by VOX and they just failed to communicate with me. We noticed a wrongful deduction of our account in March and made contact with VOX via their email support, advising them of wrongful deductions and requesting a refund be made. The ticket was closed and an email reply in brief " Mrs xyz accepted the contract, we will not refund you." I immediately replied stating that Mrs.xyz does not own the business anymore (there was a change of ownership in 2018) and that she had no authorization to enter the business into new contracts. Again requesting an investigation and refund. The next ticket was closed and a reply saying :" We had not been made aware of ownership change and thus will not refund you." BY this time my blood was boiling as all existing supplier contracts had been updated in 2018 when change of ownership took place. I have forwarded the relevant proof (email trials etc.) to support and the Billing Account Manager - and 6 days later have heard nothing from them! Absolutely shocking! 1.That someone other then authorized person can enter into a contract on a business account. 2. The lack of customer service to resolve such a matter. NO phonecall, no 'apologies we will investigate and revert back to you' - nothing! Just a reply - not our fault you will pay. VOX Telecoms has just lost a client and I will not refer any business to them.
We met Ingrid at the Homemakers Expo and inquired about their products for our home extension. Sent emails for an estimate quotation - heard nothing back. Sent follow up emails - nothing. Sent another finally received an answer, and sent our plans to get an estimate costing for double glazed double volume windows and doors. And again heard nothing! If this is a reflection of their customer service to gain new business then I do not want to know what it is like for installation and aftercare!
<p>My experience with Janice Hulley (Bauer) who advertises her Personal Fitness training under the brand JaeFit, is very dissapointing and I would all prospective clients to be aware of her dishonest practices . Janice requires individuals to pay upfront for Training Bundles of 10 sessions, which I agreed to. Once paid, Janice services delivery is unrealiable, as she cancels, postpones or is a no-show for her scheduled appointments. It was agreed that Janice would refund me the outstanding balance of training sessions on a agreed date. This has been an empty promise and to date Janice has refused to refund my monies owed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am aware of another client who has had the same experience with Janice Hulley / JaeFit.</p>
We hired their hay bales for a function in Jan'15 and their T&C's demanded one pays a refundable deposit to ensure non-breakage. They were dropped off on Saturday and collected on Sunday by Keith, without any damages. I requested to have the refundable deposit paid back into my account, provided them with my banking details and thanked them for their services. I then had to follow up via emails and ask when the monies are being paid and am being ignored point blank. To date no contact has been made, and neither has my deposit been paid back. This is not business ethics! If anyone wants to make use of their services, demand that they bring along the refundable deposit in cash upon collection, if not keep the hay bales!
