A 1 star here just because i had to choose a star. (Lenovo case 2030320436) My client purchased a Lenovo next business day warranty which supposed to have a technician onsite the next business day if required. its been a week now and the "support" person (Mahlatse Kekana) keeps talking of eta on parts. This laptop was purchased from one of their Distributors in Midrand and even they cant assist with this matter. My company is about to lose a major client of ours due to their lack of urgency and incompetence. I'm not even sure if they will respond here either but I have to try as I'm not getting anywhere with their "support" team.
Calling the porting department is really a nightmare. I have RICA'd my SIM card at Pep stores, yet the Cell C systems shows that it is not?? I have spoken to Bongani, Steven and Thuli (who lied that she was a Team Leader) and none of them have any Customer Service ethics. Whenever i call there is never a manager on sight to assist. Truly upsetting to know that i was looking to port to their network.
Impossible to cancel an order with the app. The app has Burger Rack Florida as Halaal yet the the store claims that they are not. The Uber chat is terrible and there is no contact number to get assistance.
