Zulzi never fails to dissapoint. Placed an order on a Friday afternoon at 16:30. A delivery person picks up my order in a car. On a Friday afternoon! So much for delivery in 30 minutes. It's been over an hour with the driver is stuck in traffic. Absolutely ridiculous! 99% of the time when ordering drinks they arrive warm. I once spoke to someone at Zulzi support about this and was told that the fridge was broken. Really Zulzi? Drivers also often get lost and can't follow instructions. The app does not work properly either. Notifications of messages from drivers don't show up in the app. The map does not update properly. Tracking of stock is also an issue as numerous times I've ordered something only to be told it's out of stock and the money I paid for the item goes into a Zulzi wallet instead of being refunded. Come on Zulzi, up your game.
Zulzi started off great and way a reliable source for quick delivery of food and goods, though has gone down drastically. I will list a number of things that are going wrong. 1 - Delivering expired or close to expired food. Today I ordered chicken breasts that had a use by date of 27 August. Today is 28 August. Often food will be delivered that is expiring the next day. How can you plan your meals when this happens? It is utterly ridiculous. 2 - Drivers are clueless. What is the point of having the Delivery Instruction option when ordering if the drivers don't read it. I live in a place where the only way for a driver to gain access and complete the delivery is for them to message me so I can instruct them where to go. I always have to message the driver to check if they have arrived, and then when I give them instructions on where to go they do not read it and get lost. 3 - The driver tracking on the map has been broken for weeks. The map in the app, or at least where I use it, does not work and does not show the position of the driver. Used to enjoy using Zulzi, though now it is more of a pain, waste of time, and waste of money (Expired food).
After ordering 2 ebooks there was a system issue where the order got stuck in a "Pending" state and links to access the ebooks were not sent to me automatically. I became concerned when reading some of the reviews on here though after contacting Paperless School the issue was resolved and I received my ebooks within 48 hours. Thank you Paperless School for the prompt assistance! The quality of the ebooks are great!
