Paid for PDF Textbook – 6 Days Later, Still No Delivery
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Paperless School. I purchased a PDF textbook from them on 4 February 2026, and today is 10 February 2026 — six days later — and I still have not received my book. This is a digital product, so there is no reason for any delivery delay. A PDF should be available immediately or at least within a reasonable timeframe. I contacted Paperless School via WhatsApp at +27 67 104 3404, and the only response I received was: “Good day ma'am Unfortunately we do not accept calls. However I will make a follow-up on your order.” Despite this message, no follow‑up was made, and I still have no access to the textbook I paid for. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate assistance, delivery of my PDF textbook,

ABSOLUTE **** COMPANY
Ordered ebook from them. They gladly took my money. Sent me an email to say my order will be processed in 2 days. Nothing happened. Sent an email. Got given a support ticket saying my request will be dealt with in 48 hours. Nothing happened. 8 days later now. They build all these delays in so that it becomes impossible to reverse the payment with your bank.. ABSOLUTE **** company. Police needs to investigate

Ordered Ebook. Have not received in almost 2 months. Company not replying
Please see Case #: 47249196. Ordered Ebook on January 15 2025. Have not received the Link to download the Ebook, and no reponse from yourselves when I request the Link to the Ebook or a refund. You have my money, now you dont even answer me, even though I have sent you several emails.

No delivery
Ordered and paid for an e-book. A link to download the book was promised within 24 hours. 11 Days passed now, and no link was received, nor any response on my e-mails sent to query this. The telephone number provided is not in use either, so you cannot phone them at all. I would not recommend using this company.

Best service for First time ebook user
Thank you to the paperless school, I needed a book I could not find at any bookstore near me, and angel to get it as a ebook. Had not used ebooks before but they managed to assist me through their whatsapp support line efficiently
