SARS took my last money from my provident fund after I disputed that I owe them. I do not owe SARS a cent and instead they owe me money. I need to get to that offices, cos seems like ur people are sleeping on the job.
I have received excellent service from Thabiso Zulu, great work keep it up.
There is no urgency and no empathy towards claims, one have to continuously follow up and send numerous emails. I had to deal with one claim for 2 years, a waist of my time and money. I should have cancelled my policy a long time ago and now I finally had the courage and I am busy looking for a New Legal Cover. This is my own personal experience and I am very disappointed I must say.
Please don't ever ask their floor consultant for meds, they will give u the incorrect meds just to get rid of u. I asked for the best winter vitamins and instead I got high iron and protein pills for vegetarians. Trying to take it back was a mission evens after the manager said I can bring it in. Well guess what I decided to use the pills instead and my blood pressure went sky high. Now am stuck with these pills and evens my husband wont use it. I only buy from Dischem as my colleague collects her meds there and I shall never attempt to buy anything there anymore.
I just recently joined Avon again, was selling Avon 2 years ago and never had any problems and was enjoying it. However I have been having lots of heartache and stress with Avon Credit Control I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls. Ever since then I have been getting sms almost every day about reminders to make payment and this is really make me so sick, as am stressed that I can get blacklisted or bad credit or handed over. For the past 2 months I have been struggling to get help from anyone, calls get dropped and no one seems to help. Credit Control keep sending same emails and no resolution. Team Leaders and Area Managers cant evens seems to care much. Someone messed up and now everyone is going in circles and apparently cant find my payments. This is really the worst service I received, not evens the bank have given me problems. I don't know what is the delay or what is the problem. I am happy to cooperate with any information needed and have sent my proof of payment several times. I just asked to speak to Supervisor and they cant give me contact details, but one consultant said that she will take this in her own hands to investigate and will revert back to me. I do always get these replies and then nothing happens. Please do help me.
I can't believe how bad the service is, no follow ups or call backs. One have to always call to keep following up on claims and can't get through to anyone. I really feel hopeless, as I can't keep calling these people that does not want to do their job. There is no update emails or reply's, not evens sure if anyone is attending to my claims. I honestly don't know how the staff work or are they just not interested about working. Makes me wonder really, they getting my installments every month but NO SERVICE.
I don't know what has happened to my case, everyone had gone quiet now. I mean since last year nothing is happening. At least have the decency to call me and tell me what is going on or email me. My journey started off very bad, had a very bad service after my vehicle broke down and was towed to Nissan Randburg. They have no customer service whatsoever, including the Principle dealer and Manager. Nissan Randburg did not really want to assist me and made assumptions and got no solution. Deerik Uys and Gommie Manaka gave the worst service ever, I was disgusted. When I told IC auto Nissan Kempton Park where I initially bought my car the situation, they came to my rescue and relieved me from all my stress. Michelle Germishuys the principle dealer at the dealership fought all my battles for me and she knows what is customer service. She is a true leader and knows how to deal with such queries professionally. I probably might still not have gotten my car back. I want to say Salute and well done to great service.
