Not me coming on here to complain, however finding NUMEROUS complaints from other people. MWEB YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! I have also tried calling them ample times, if u don't wait for forever....you receive an auto voice advising that "they are unable to take your call right now" How is a call center unable to take calls? Please explain? There chat box dont work! I have emailed them last week and was advised that someone will get back to me with in 24-48 hours, it has now been more than a week! But there's nothing wrong with them when u missing a payment and they can disconnect ur internet instantly without even giving u a heads up. The lack of communication is disgusting. NOT WORTH THE SIGN UP FOR THOSE LOOKING!
I am totally disgusted in ADT, i received an email June 2021 reminding me of an outstanding balance of R3 439.30. We fell behind because of the whole covid thing (nevertheless), i then replied asking if we can please setup a payment a payment plan. I followed up numerous, no response. Now, more than a year later ADT has now handed me over to their legal attorney for an outstanding balance of R 9,524.45 .... i am at a lost. Apparent my account was never cancelled and it was accumulated every month. Now my question first of all is, who charged for a services, that not been used and paid, every month? Last time i checked if you skip any service provider for a few months, you account is disconnected and collection for outstanding balance is being followed up. You do not charge your client every month, racking up on invoices just to wait for it to reach almost 10k and then start following. Ever since we cancelled, we havent used the alarm, so for what is this fee? I have sent numerous emails and phone calls saying that I don’t mind paying the outstanding balance according to when we cancelled, but im not paying for outstanding balance that was charged after I cancelled. I receive no feedback on my emails and the consultant, also going to get back to me but then a different consultant calls to follow up on fees and you need to go though the whole store again. This is honestly ridiculous, all I want is for ADT to confirm outstanding balance as per cancelled date and they somehow reference to deal with me, I need to work through attorneys who does not have all the background. I want this resolve asap.
Good day... I just chatted to a banker in the fnb app and explained that I would like to dispute refuse charges on my cheque account... She them advised I call 087 577 4000...which I did but I somehow get a operator to assist me who doesn't understand my query. This is frustrating. I am currently on unpaid maternity and managed to hold off most of my debit orders.. However some were stil deducted and fnb now charged a total of R800 and something for reversal placing my account in a overdraft of 2000. I would like fnb to dispute these reversal fees or at least provide me with a discount as I've been a client for years and this is the first time I'm in this position.
Good day I was in an accident somewhere in the 90’s (a car bumped me) and just a few years after that my mom passed away. I was very young at this stage and moved from Aunt to Aunt, nevertheless, because I was young and didn’t know anything, my RAF case was never resolved. When I somehow met up with old friends of my mother a few years back, they asked me about it. I then took it upon myself to look into this matter but was advised that they do not pay out for cases older than 20 years. Also, when they checked their systems, they could confirm that the lawyers received their funds for attending to the case. Surely this is not my fault that this was never resolved as never knew anything, being so young. I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this matter for me. Claim no: 18/17040/05
Good day I have just done a credit check and there's a default on my name for identity account I paid off in 2017..... I want this sorted out ASAP please. I've emailed ([email protected]) a week ago but received no feedback. This is ridiculous!
I've read a few dissatisfied comment in regards to Uvest but thought the people are just exaggerating, but I had first hand experience now. I moved out on 31 January 2019 and an exist inspection was done on this day. After having to follow up nemours times for the quote on things that needed attention, I finally received said quote on 15 February 2019. I then had a few question in regards to the quote and my deposit, which only bared interest of R 129.12 after 1 year and 2 months. It then took then another 2days to reply and my deposit was correct with an interest of R 429.91 . It's now 14 business later....I responded and furnished them with banking details for deposit to be paid and requested statement of account to proof the interest. A hour later I called to speak to them and they are just happened to be in a meeting. I want this resolved today!

Good day, I sent an email to ********** on Friday (12 October) in regards to an response received when I tried to open an FNBy account online (Your reference number is AFGY4I9P). I have thus far not received ANY feedback . I have also emailed ********** in regards to adding 2 members on my funeral policy (FNBREF# ********** 0) on the same day....NO response! I am very busy daily and really do not have anytime to call and be on the phone, hence why I prefer sending emails and I am well aware of the turn around time for email correspondence but surely it does not take that long.
To whom it may concern I have paid up 2 accounts on the 27th July 2018. Only recently managed to receive paid up letters and have managed to clear the 1 account from my name. I am now in the process of apply for my dream home and due to the 1 account still reflecting my applications are being declined. I have sent emails (with all documents requested) and called and was told that I need to wait 30 business days….I do not have 30 days! I am sure that there is a way for someone to assist and have my name cleared today so that I can go to the different banks tomorrow. Can someone please call me back today? Your help will be highly appreciated.
Good day I was referred to Cape town law society by RAF (road accident fund) in regards to an accident that happened years ago. I called the number provided, but was on hold for more than an half an hour on 2 occasions. I then decided to email ********** and which I received a reply (after following up) that my query was sent onto Society’s Disciplinary department. It has now been 8 business days later...no reply even though i have followed up everyday. Shandrein Freeks **********
