I am receiving more than 15 calls a day and when I answer the call they drop on my ear. I even received an SMS saying that Absa is trying to reach out to me about maintaining my vehicle. I am not even sure where did they get information that i need their services regarding maintaining my vehicle. This is so frustrating and disrespectful because you can't call a person and drop on their ear when they answer. I even spoken to a guy today 27/05 at 08:55 his name is Given and i asked him how would he feel if something like this is done on him ? I AM TRULY HARRASSED BY ABSA VEHICLE SERVICES and it must stop!!
I took my Toyota Hilux on 26th feb for service at Toyota gezina and i regret wholeheartedly. Fast forward to the day upon fetching my car later in the afternoon i discovered that the boat on the front right-hand side was removed which was very puzzling because it was tight in the morning when i took my and it can simple mean they have un*****ed the boat. the following day i took it with the service advisor who promised that she'll revert back to of which never bothered. I kept on contacting her and she literally ignored me. one morning in March I received a survey on WhatsApp to rate their service that's where i got a chance to vent out my frustration where immediately i received a call from them. they ask me to bring my car that Saturday i think it after a month (26th march) if which i did and upon arrival they replaced with a wrong boat which was silver and promised me that they will order the correct boat (black) and fix my car. to date i haven't received any feedback from them and my car not fixed. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE received from Bidvest McCarthy Toyota GEZINA stay away from them. Very *********** dealership
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I have been receiving from your pharmacy at Wonderpark, Pretoria North, in relation to my chronic medication. I was diagnosed with hypertension in December 2024 and was prescribed medication to be taken over a period of six months. I was advised that Clicks Pharmacy would load my prescription into your system and that I would receive an SMS reminder when my medication was due for refill. I was further informed that, upon completion of the form linked in the SMS, arrangements would be made for my medication to be delivered to my home. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Over the past four months, the process has been inconsistent and unreliable: On some occasions, I do receive the SMS, complete the form as instructed, and receive a confirmation that my request has been submitted and delivery will be scheduled — but the delivery never happens. On other occasions, I receive no SMS at all, leaving me with no choice but to visit the pharmacy in person. When I do visit the pharmacy, I am subjected to long queues and poor service, which is both frustrating and concerning, especially for someone managing a chronic health condition. This repeated inconvenience is unacceptable and undermines the trust patients place in your chronic medication program. As someone who depends on timely access to prescribed treatment, the lack of follow-through on your part poses a risk to my health and well-being. I respectfully request the following: An investigation into why my delivery requests have not been fulfilled. A clear and reliable process for future deliveries, including confirmation of delivery dates. Immediate corrective action to ensure I receive my remaining monthly prescriptions on time and without having to physically visit the pharmacy. I hope that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed with urgency. I trust you will respond to this complaint and provide a resolution within the next 7 working days.

On the 14th October midday i visited the shoprite supermarket in mamelodi crossing. i did all my shopping necessities around the shop and at about 13:17 i approached the till cant remember the till point number but i found a lady by the name of Surprise Ndou (CASHIER) who was very rude and didnt even greet us back even though we greeted her first but instead she continued with cheking the coupons or stamps for about 15 minutes. i personally feel she should have atleast let us know that she cant help us. the lady difinitely never attended customer service courses she's very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I would never visit that supermarket again.
