Where food is a passion
A night for fish and chips, wauw. Fish fresh that day from Saldahna, flaky in the thinest crispy batter you never have experienced. The fish portions are soo generous. Mussel soup was lekker If you are a creme brûlée freak, here is the place Owner and staff friendly and helpful. And the draft beer is yummy as is their wine choice. The 5 course diner paired with Allesverloren wines was outstanding. The basil sorbet lollipop makes you feel in heaven.....

Low service, badquality
I visited for the first time the shop in Malmesbury De Koringvlij On the entrance door is a paper with PUSH, The entrance door has 2 doors and we have to push the vertical handle of the right door according the paper sticked on it I pushed with my left hand the handle of the right door. This causes that your knuckles secrete against the frame of the left door which hurts very much. What hurts me more: Behind the counter was a young lady sitting side ways and playing on her phone fully focused on her screen I informed her what just happens. You could see she was disturbed and annoyed. Asked her to come and I will show her what happened. Her face was as thunder. Probably I interrupted her with being busy on her phone She then pushed that door with her right hand and mumbled ‘SO YOU DO IT” When I told her what if you are left handed? But she walked immediately uninterested back to the counter, answering me by showing her back side. My complaint is that their staff member does not suit to serve clients AND that vertical door handle should be more to the right so that those who push the door with their left hand dont get wounded s****ing with the knuckles against the frame of the left door. Please try it yourself, It is impossible to send them an email to the address they give it comes back as unknown. To phone them brings you to WhatApp, A manager named MJ does not answer your questions .Is he a computer, or perhaps a person with the IQ of his shoe size?? Looks like they hide and avoid something.... His WhatsAp picture is a wedding picture Perhaps as **** as their service?? Hello Peter has a lot of complaints about the moulded biltong they seem to sell. The Droe wors was not nice nice,. SPAR Malmesbury has good quality, better prices AND FRIENDLY STAFF I am done with KALAHARI

Bad Customer Service
send the wrong model of a mouse. Customer service very bad. Slow reactions, takes weeks of correspondencse promise to answer but don t do. Next time better go to T@keL@t were service is top. Will buy there the right model

THE DARK SIDE OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE
The post office in Riebeek Kasteel finally has to close 2nd half of 2021 because the owner did not get paid in time or even not paid at all by the SAPO. We had to go to Riebeek West post office but this office closed too as per 1-2-2022 because they also did not get paid/not in time by SAPO In the mean time many oversea post/parcels are on its way to me There is also financial mismanagement In December 2020they had a year end party for their managers, 1 day R700000! Think they had also a 2021 end year party. Before 1994 all went well, till the ANC took over and it became a dark period for SA as we have with so many other government services.
