I am very disappointed 😞 with 5GB ends within days, when I contact support Benn sends me a report where default used much data, when I asked what is default he says I might have been updating my phone , I told him that I use wifi when updating, he then said I can see it was used. Not sure if this is because Im on trail, but I'm now doubting the Melon Mobile especially with the support agent who are not so supportive, I wouldn't have used 5GB in 2 days I feel ****med at this point

COJ are so unfair to the paying customers, we try our best to pay for our services but City will estimate charges and it make it difficult for us to keep with current and arrangements fees. We log calls for billing queries and no response from the city and then they will cut services without pre termination notice which is *******, also cutting before the 30 days due date. Instead the Joburg water guys who are cutting water are very rude and would not listen to anyone. The paying customers should be given a chance, as they are trying. The informal settle never run out of water with their leaking tabs. Please correct your mistake we were told to pay what we can and not to just stay without paying a cent, but the city is falling us in so many ways
I just find out this afternoon that Hollard has been debiting my account without my approval. So they decided to have a policy for my daughter without my approval so according to my calculations they owe me R14 618 - R2 220 that I was told it was cash back paid into my account. So they owe me R12 398. How could they do this, I pay less than R100 for my policy and my mom's policy. What would be the reason for me to pay R R326 for my daughter for a funeral policy 🤔. I want my money back as soon as possible they have been debiting since 2019.
I just had a call from Nqobile telling my claim was not approved, then I asked to speak to her manager because she was trying to be rude with, she was like I must give her my number so she can get her manager to call me, guys she is the one who called me. So my phone cracked a screen and she tellse. I took time to claim for it, Finrite never gave these kind of problems, can Monitor SA fix my screen without these back and forth. Dankie
My roof was leaking due to the storm, and I emailed Nedbank Home Insurance, they send through someone to come check, then Razia Sarlie told me they won't pay because I a was supposed to maintain it. They can only fix the damage caused inside, I had damp walls which I reported to them within months of moving in my house and nothing was done. 19 November 2021 I wrote Razi Sarlie to cancel my insurance since they are not assisting, I copied [email protected] to date I haven't received cancellation documents. I think they are taking us for a ride, I have already spoken to other insurers who are ready to listen and give advice. I want nothing to do With Nedbank Home Insurance
I have a cellphone insured at a compenstion limit of R16 200. Then Fanie Moloi is telling me that he can offer me a R9 999 phone from take a lot. Please don't take me for s ride, I know my rights you cannot say i. Insurred for this much and then decide to reduce the amount because the device insurred is discontinued. Cellphones does get discontinued hence the insured amount do you can get a better replacement. I bought a Alva GH312 Large Panel Gas Heater - Black online. on the 24 June 2020 and few days later I received a message to say I will receive my delivery on the 13 July. Today I got a call from Greenstone Hill Express store to tell me that they don't have the heater so they will be refunding me. I told her to tell her manager to call me because I don't want refund I want the heater, I don't want refund I want the heater , I don't care how they going to do it the fact remains that I want the heater. They shouldn't have sent me the delivery date. I want nothing but the heater. I will remain their loyal customer, but for now I want my heater.
So you guys debited my account R728.17, and installment if R604. please refund me my R124.17, I have other people to pay using that money. Also make sure your call centre agents are well trained , Londiwe was the first lady I spoke to she just put me on hold for 10 minutes without saying anything to me. The second on is Thando she lied about the system being down, and put me on hold again I have an options for Netflix
